Wait so we're paying for fuel that's not even going to us?

The rest of the world is sanctioning Russian oil. How can it be in the global market?

4

u/henryeaterofpies 1d ago

Well we buy it at a high price then sell it at a discount and.....profit? Somehow?

1

u/Advanced_Zucchini_45 1d ago

Yeah , but if we buy it and we give it to them , then it's american oil no?

1

u/Vast-Calligrapher565 10h ago

Its actually propably iranian oil that russia buys and sells to usa, so in a sense usa is funding iran to fight themselves.

And it's pretty funny that it seems like america is the only one dumb enough to fall for this circumvention of sanctions

Europe is buying russian energy too using India and China, not? If this is true and China banned exporting, another middleman needs substituting China, maybe?

YOU are full of shit DonOld. You said the diesel was for America. NOT the world. Just STFU already.

This means that the gas prices are really hurting him and he knows it.

Good. His party is going to get crushed in the midterms and he’s going to be impeached at best and a lame duck at worst.

4

u/Knight0fdragon 1d ago

I really hope so, I enjoyed my sleep during the Biden years.

There’s a reckoning coming for the rightwing. Once Trump is gone there is absolutely nobody else like him to lead the party. We’ve got to hold them accountable and make sure this kind of shit never happens again.

The gas he bought is enough money to help Russia, but is like 75% of one day if US usage.

Crossed that redline for a literal drop in the bucket.

u/Knight0fdragon 22h ago

Well he isn’t a smart guy

Ah yes! So the batch that would provide the US with 9hrs of use, will actually be divided between the world. Prices should drop like a rock! /s

It still amazes me he can word salad and change his ideas and make no sense and eveyone just kinda laughs/gets mad/loves it and we all move on together under this madness

lol - it’s the smallest fraction of diesel even by the US’s diesel consumption alone. In the global markets it’s not even a single day’s worth of diesel. Screw Trump and Putin and the oil mafia.

The Republican Congress has decided this is fine. The President can buy whatever he wants, undermine our allies, start wars, drive up prices, whatever.

Look at all the crazy lefties with their 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' looking pretty spot on with their doomsday prophecies. And all the 'reasonable' conservatives who are 'very concerned' just sit there and are happy the 1500 trans women in the country can't play on the women's soccer team or softball team.

I hope they tune in and watch the livestreamed execution/snuff film they voted with their conscience for. At least it brought down gas and food prices. Right?

Its not enough diesel to even affect the market

1

u/henryeaterofpies 1d ago

The red dyed diesel stuff probably has a more significant impact and they will say that it was this genius move instead

Do you believe in numbers? Who will check it?

Betrayed by Trumpelstilskin for Blood Diesel

Hot bull shit

That's three "they're releasing it to the world" and two "world markets" in less than thirty seconds.
When my grandfather started repeating himself like that, we started looking for a little someplace where he couldn't harm himself.

u/Rombonius 1d ago

think of it like this

if instead of it being 12 hours of US consumption, itll be like 2 hours of global consumption

so....prices will rapidly come down if you vote for him in the midterms

u/j_rooker 22h ago

so what if Iran gives Russia diesel and get back weapons, intel to kill American Soldiers

1

u/Local-Unit6548 1d ago

I love how he thinks that his answer is more intelligent when he repeats it two or three times. A sign of true genius. He does it a lot now so I think he is getting Super Intelligent. It could be that Musk put Super Intelligence into his brain

u/rgc7421 23h ago

But wait, there's more!

1

u/IanJMo 21h ago

America first!!!!!

1

u/WorldBiker 20h ago

1.8 million mts is nothing. It’s 6 vlccs. It’s maybe 4 days consumption in the US. He’s seeking credit for something laughably useless.

1

u/ajtreee 16h ago

so we our buying it and not getting it, sounds like another scam

Sanctions are a way of holding rogue governments accountable.

China is helping Russia and Iran evade sanctions, Russia is also helping Iran evade sanctions and now the president of the United States is helping Russia evade consequences of the war they started.

US Lawmakers Examine Growing Russia, China Ties To Iran-Aligned Houthis

https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/dispatches/from-drones-to-rocket-fuel-china-and-russia-are-helping-iran-through-supply-chains/

And these three nations - Russia, China and the United States are permanent members in the UN security council with veto authority.

1

u/Apart_Ad_9778 10h ago

There is not enough oil in Russia for russians. They have absolutely no oil to release to the rest of the world.

1

u/Big_Attention7227 10h ago

He is a lying Russian Asset.

1

u/RimandRam 10h ago

He is so smart

1

u/Falcon3492 8h ago

300,000 tons of diesel amounts to the amount of Diesel that is burned in 13 hours in the United States!

1

u/FluidAthlete6839 4h ago

That’s the ugliest face I’ve ever seen. Maybe it’s his rotting brain behind it that makes it look so gelatinous and leathery

1

u/OceanCloud2004 1d ago

There is speculation that that diesel might have origins other than Russia. Russia is potentially just a pass-through. That would be HILARIOUS if it turned out to be true.

1

u/No-Advertising-1526 14h ago

Russias oil infrastructure is under siege. They have had gas rationing and shortages. So the most likely explaination is its Iranian fuel being middle manned by Putin.

1

u/OceanCloud2004 8h ago

The irony.... so delicious.

1

u/theblueshots 1d ago

I still can’t believe he doesn’t understand that Iran is allies with Russia.

2

u/BobsYourAuntie100 17h ago

He does, but doesnt fit his lies so hes going to change the narrative
