This is happening across two cellphones in two separate locations. Cant connect. I’ve tried to reboot the hub at home but my wife can’t access the hub from work

I have an Android running the latest version of app and the latest OS 9.0 how do I delete shortcuts. I've spent more than enough time on the phone with it support with no success
