I just got this Virgin Media Hub 5 replacement, plugged it in followed all the steps, got the solid white light, waited the 30 minutes and I can find the network and connect to it but it says no internet. It's been 4 hours now and still not working. I'm wondering if the coxial port is bent and they've sent me a broken one?

hello! has anyone had this issue where the 360 box just wipes all recording and planned recordings? it happened for us today!!!!

Does anyone know if existing gig1 customers can upgrade to gig2 yet? I've been trying since they released it. If I was a new customer they would install it but as I'm not they wont.
