Hey everyone! My name is Dani and I have been vegan for the animals since I was 17! I turn 21 this year. I am a big fan of Unnatural Vegan and Earthling Ed, I even have his first book!
A little about me:
- I work at an animal shelter! My passion is rescue dogs and I love bonding with the ones I see everyday at work! I also work with cats and sometimes even turtles!
- I have a dog of my own! He is a naughty lab mix that I rescued from a bus stop after he was abandoned there, last year!
- I like to travel! I've moved cross county twice in the last two years and have been to a handful of different states (Texas, Minnesota, Florida, etc!) Houston is my favorite place I've ever lived
- I'm very left-leaning! I subscribe to socialist politics and am anti ice. I am bi and a feminist! I'm from a conservative area and have definitely had enough of those politics
- I like grooming dogs for fun and hope to potentially attend grooming school someday! Girl With The Dogs is a big inspiration to me
- I love music and podcasts! Theo Von, Soft White Underbelly, Bill Burr, and old H3 podcasts are some of my favorite podcasts. As for music, I like folk, hip hop, and oldies! My favorite song right now is Arrow of God by CYNE!
- I occasionally like to draw but nothing too fancy!
I would love to make some new friends, both online or in person! I like to learn about new things and am open minded so please don't be afraid to reach out! I just kindly ask that you do not message me in a romantic way if you are not a woman or a more feminine man! I'm not attracted to stereotypical masculinity, but am down to be friends with anyone :)
