yep

it clearly says in the image that this is on the UVMC2 flashcart (which uses an rp2350 microcontroller), not the vectrex itself

Is the Vectrex doing any of the actual emulation? Or is the emulator in the cartridge or something and the Vectrex is just a monitor?

Similar to Pitrex with this functionality of the multicart since it sports a RP2350 dual-core chip. None of this could ever be feasible on the native hardware and CPU, but still cool to see new uses of the Vectrex system.
