MP Mission / Quest desync?

Is there a work-around for my friend in MP being unable to see any Mobs related to my quests / missions?

We're in a squad and I tried both instancing on and off.

I'll have to take a look at it; considering this is the fourth (fifth?) time I've sworn and tested and screamed and thought I fixed this entire desync crap only for it to rear up once again. I take it you were hosting your own server?

Yup. Using the "Host" function, instead of a dedicated(?) server.
