It's not required for pre med, but for pre dental it is. I'm leaning pre med with some interests in pre dental. I was wondering if it would be best to take it now and get it over with or take it later. I never hear good things about that class.

Hey everyone! I've been asking around to see if there is a club here focused on baking and bread making and haven't found anything. Don't get me wrong I think what CareCakes is doing is cool... but I want to find people who want to make other things as well. Also, I'm not huge into sweet baking, but am instead into savory and traditional baking. Is there something like this that already exists, and if not, is there interest?

i'm currently taking 3209 and was wondering if anyone in the past couple of years has had Prof. Levin before and has taken his exams. His explanation of how the exams are going to be is kind of vague and there intentionally isn't a study guide, heard it was going to follow the problem sets closely though. Any guidance/tips or does anyone know what is on the midterm?

I know there are some on the third, and those you can reserve, but what about the second? They’re locked but I see some people in them. What are they for and can I use them?

Hi I was wondering if anyone participated in the Study Abroad internship or regular study abroad in the economic/business program. I was just wondering if you liked it and if the internship was a crazy amount of work compared to normal semester. I was thinking of trying to do this or a regular exchange program in Fall of next year.

What should I do if I found someone’s EarPod on a chair

Picking out classes for next semester and I have to choose between CSE 1010 and ENGR 1166 (I’m a first year switching to the engineering school). Which one do you guys recommend I take? Will one better prepare me for future courses down the line? Or would it be better to take the one that’s easier on my GPA, whichever one that is. I don’t have space for both because I have to do my TOI class

For the cheat sheet with Svalestad I know we are allowed one page cheat sheet for the midterm but does anyone know if it’s both front and back? Or just the front allowed?

Has anyone lost their pink transparent pencil case? It has a couple wooden pencils and a couple colored pens in 0.7. I found it near the student union walkway, infront of the stairs.

Is it possible to end my chem class with a good grade if my exam grades aren’t the best but everything else, including lab grades are good? These first two exams haven’t gone too well 😬😬

Hi so on Sunday night I had to go to the ER because I dislocated my knee I’m wearing a brace and currently using crutches because I limp. I have an exam tomorrow and the professor said to email 24 hours in advance to reschedule which I did but she hasn’t gotten back to me. I’m not sure if I should go and talk to her in person about not taking it or not.

I recently transferred to the Storrs campus after spending my first two years at UConn Stamford, so I’m still getting familiar with the area.
I’m currently looking for a good barber who has experience cutting Black/African American hair, preferably someone near campus or within a reasonable distance.
If anyone has any recommendations or knows a barber they personally go to and trust, I’d really appreciate it! Bonus points if they’re affordable and student-friendly.
