Tongue out, arms crossed, purring loudly, hanging out with her two dads. Can a 2 year old cat ask for a better setup?

I had to say goodbye to my best friend last night. He was there with me for some of my best times and my darkest times. He will never be forgotten and will be loved forever.

Still brand new to this whole cat owner thing but he explored around way more then I thought he would. Even heard a couple short trills when he checked out the safe. Also despite giving him a scratching pad and a whole multi level cat tree, he still prefers to use the carpet-ish sections and the pads on the stairs to the actual house above to put his claws into. I think he's adjusting pretty well and clearly enjoys being near me, even if it'll just take some time for him to actually say anything.

found another cat at work outside today. this one i called her miss fancy pants cause she wore boots and a suit to the job site today. she must be a supervisor or something. she speaks very little not much to say from her, she seems old, and definitely feels like she eats a lot. kinda chonky yk?and i seen her eat out of three different bowls on this street and she has a water bowl at every neighbors house. also not sure if she owns a house or is just an outdoorsy woman. but she sure could take that suit of hers to a dry cleaner. oh well still the best worker on the site (caught her snoozin on the job tho?)

My boy did great with his surgery, such a stark contrast from when his sister was spayed. Still cute as ever!!
