Is there an active music scene in truro?
Im looking forward to watching live shows, not particularly the country genre, but something rock metal punk, is there any upcoming shows or if its bands can you list them? Active or inactive

Nova Scotia Music Week is happening in Truro November 12-15. Lots of shows will be taking place.

This is the best weekend in Music for Truro. So many good shows, affordable passes, lots of fun.

There’s a bare naked ladies cover band around called the Late Night Record Shop. They are pretty good

Thats cool to hear, i want to connect with more people in the scene because i want to form a metal/hardcore project in truro

Check out SUBvert. (Instagram might be best). It’s basically a local effort to provide a venue for primarily independent music.
The Commune also regularly hosts an eclectic variety of live music. (Instagram probably the best way to learn about them too)
