Evil Spirits
There are evil spirits tormenting me. I can hear them and they show me pictures. It all started when I got involved in psychic development. Before that I never heard or saw any of them. I started praying heavily. They have gotten hostile. They are now bullying me. When I pray they ask me to stop, demand that I don't pray, and start swearing and calling me names. I now hear them saying "help me" when I pray. This is not a mental illness as some of you might think. This is spiritual warfare. Does anybody think the prayers are affecting them and they will eventually leave. I repented, renounced and gone for deliverance and they still won't budge. I prayed to break any covenants they may have and I prayed the blood of Jesus all over me and my home. I don't want nothing to do with anything dark and I've surrender myself to Jesus. I pray sometimes for an hour and get others to pray for me too

Do you have any leftover relics or literature from your occult/psychic involvement? Destroying those can be a powerful form of renunciation.

Some of them were burned and others thrown away or I just left them somewhere and people took it. I don't have any in my possession

That's not true. God would not bind people to objects like this. He would not let demons torment OP for someone else having things he owned.

I left them in a building I used to live in where people leave stuff. I also had a spell bottle with my hair. Are you sure? Because I heard once I get rid of it that's just as good

Don't listen to his advices. He is following demonic doctrines as a Christian. The fact that you disposed occult things is enough. No demon is attached to objects! They just possess people and animals. In order to not be deceived by deceived Christians, read the Bible.

Someone has your hair in a spell bottle? That is not good. Does the experience you're living with tell you getting rid of things are just as good?
You really need to physically clean and then prayerfully clean your home. Plus find someone to break the bonds to your former belongings.

God can help you. You don't need to do any witchy rituals or anything, just get rid of all the occult stuff because keeping it around means you're half-hearted about God.

Unfortunately no. You may need to look into a local paranormal group to see they can help you get in touch with a demonologist who can guide you. Catholic churches are known for performing exorcisms, perhaps they could be of help to you?

Paranormal groups are not inherently Christian. They can use mediums, psychics, crystals, and tarot cards. A demonologist is anyone who investigates demons, malevolent spirits, and legends surrounding them. Many are into the occult.
Some paranormal groups and demonologists claim to be Christians, but I would be very leery.I think it’s safer to go to a church where: the Word of God is taught in its entirety; they teach, in love, a no compromising stance on issues such as Halloween, homosexuality, and abortion; love for the sinner (not the sin) is emphasized; the Holy Spirit is welcomed; evangelism is a priority; there are weekly alter calls; deliverance and mentoring are offered; and praise and worship are integral parts of the service. 💕🕊️

Not inherently no, but there are some. The two demonologists I'm familiar with are actually based in traditional Christian theology using Biblical texts and most demonologists utilize Catholicism. However, you're right to that OP needs to be cautious. Unfortunately, when my family was under spiritual attack most churches didn't take us seriously, refused to help, or flat out didn't believe us.

I'm not an exorcist but have been released from a spirit of rage, it was when I was new. Start small. A meal a day. As you strengthen in controlling your flesh go a day. Get a Christian friend or friends to participate in this with you. Jesus gave us advice that certain entities require fasting and prayer. Seek true wisdom from verifiable elder Christians who you can trust to pound the Heavens for you. If you DM me, I will pound the Heavens for you too. I will fast for your condition as well.

Never forget that Christ gives us authority over all evil spirits and wicked things.
Since we have been raised with him, and are all members in the one body that is Christ, you're allowed to rebuke those spirits in the name of Jesus.
It won't be easy sure, but as long as you keep praying, relying on The Lord, and fasting when necessary, they'll be forced to leave you alone eventually.
In addition, I would second the deliverance ministry suggestion, but go to a pastor you can actually trust, and actually have faith that he's doing what he says he's doing.
Our thoughts and words have immense power, and the demons tormenting you want nothing more than for you to think you'll never be free from them and that the people capable of saving you are just lying.

The prayers are definitely affecting them. I do believe that they will go away, but either satan and his principalities feel that they have a legal right to you, or they are hanging on for dear life. Show them that they are dead wrong. They are defeated foes! 🗡️
I was happy to read that someone in a deliverance ministry prayed for you. Request prayer again and again, as many times as it takes. It’s important to have spiritual covering, especially when we are facing a tenacious opponent. But God is all powerful and with His help those demons will be cast out.
satan goes about as a roaring lion seeking who he might devour, but right now all he can do is roar. he is caged and has no power over a child of God.
When you hear or sense their presence, plead the blood of Jesus. Declare it aloud over and over again.
Anoint yourself and your house with oil. Ask Jesus for His protection and ask Him to place a wall of His holy fire around you and your house. Also, ask Him to send His warring angels to guard and protect you, your home, and those you love.
Write down, memorize, and repeat scriptures that speak to your needs. Definitely memorize Psalms 23 and 91. Isaiah 57:17 is another good one. Say aloud, “I declare that according to Isaiah 57:17, no weapon formed against me shall prosper! And every tongue that rises against me in judgment I will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord!”
Demons hate the Word of God. Confessions of scripture cause them great fear, pain, and agony. When you proclaim God’s Word they will flee.
Ephesians 6:10-18 describes the six pieces of armor that God has given us. The Sword of the Spirit is the Word of God that we use to defeat spiritual attacks.
Fasting is a way of crucifying the flesh and humbling ourselves before God. If you haven’t fasted, you could start with one meal. I’m not sure why, but prayers get answered when we fast and draw close to God with our whole hearts.
Play worship music in your home 24/7. Sing to Him. Dance before Him. Praise and thank Him as often as you can. Worship is a very powerful form of warfare. Psalm 22:3 tells us that God resides in the praises of His people.
Taking communion every day is a way to keep Jesus’ sacrifice for us forefront in our hearts. Isaiah 53 reminds us of what He has done for us. During your quiet time in the secret place (Psalm 91, a place of intimacy with God) you can repent of sins, praise Him, tell Him what’s on your heart, and ask for help in defeating these foes. Ask Him to show you anything that is hindering your deliverance. Listen for His still, gentle voice. I always draw closer to Jesus when I am consistent with daily communion.
Lastly, if you haven’t already done so, ask for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will pray through you. It is a powerful gift that Jesus offers us. (Acts 2:4) Some Christians believe that this gift has passed away, but I have seen and experienced His glory, revelations, and answered prayer by praying in the Spirit. Something to think and pray about if you haven’t already done so.
Be steadfast and unwavering. satan will try to dissuade you from drawing close to the Lord and from warring against Him. Remember that you have the victory through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior!

I am so sorry that you are going through this.
But God will deliver you. I don’t know how long it will take. I pray that deliverance will be quick, as in the case of Mary Magdalene (Luke 8:1-3). But if it isn’t, be persistent. Ask God for strength and direction. God sees your suffering and He will come through for you.
Matthew 6:13 (from The Lord’s Prayer) is a plea for deliverance from the evil one. I take that as a promise from God. Hebrews 10:23 tells us that He who promised is faithful. You are earnestly praying. God does not lie. He does not change. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He loves you and will act on your behalf.You are in my prayers. 🕊️

Demons tremble in the name of Jesus! Jesus has all authority and dominion over heaven and earth. The more he prays in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the more the demonic presence will feel discomfort and the sooner they will flee.

Read the Bible, specifically look at the back of your Bible in the concordance and look at all of the scriptures that have to do with your thoughts. I’m not saying that you’re not hearing them. I hear them too when they come against us and spiritual warfare is just part of the life of being a Christian at times. But dear brother or sister in Christ, please remember you have authority and power over all the power of the enemy and nothing by any means will harm you. This too shall pass. Pray for strength to endure it and for God to help you to do anything that you may need to do. Remember that the battle is also the Lord‘s not our own. Whatever word you read from the Bible guard it, demons, and the enemy himself are doing the same thing to me right now and we can’t always be sure why. Remember to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and that he will deliver us out of all of our troubles because his word says so, and he never breaks a promise.

I have the same thing as you, I used to be Baptist and nothing helped me, but when I step into a Catholic Church they are silenced. The voices stop and sometimes very quietly whisper that there is a greater protection and that they are not allowed to speak in that Church. Holy Communion is a weapon against demons because it is the Lords Supper, His Mystical Body in the form of bread and wine, which by the way IS the Blood of Jesus. If you eat it, you eat Jesus Christ.

Mental illness is a creation of the modern world to deny demonic warfare. When does our medical system ever acknowledge warfare? Everything is a mental illness to the point that’s your first thought. I went through all these mental illnesses and not one was caused by a brain imbalance, but external forces. Imagine the implications of science accepting and helping treat demonic warfare. They have occult involvement, it’s really easy to understand it’s not mental illness.

Go to a deliverance ministry and have the pastor lay hands on you. If 1 doesn't work, go to another. Make it a habit of going at least once a day depending on how horrific the voices get. I already know how it all started because Ive seen this over and over. I'm sure it started off with them being nice and telling you hidden truths to lure you in and eventually they got nasty. It doesn't end well, they will eventually tell you to off someone and yourself.
The last resort is to see a doctor that will give you meds that will destroy a certain part of your brain that they can't access and the voices will stop.
