HRT Trans Fem How does this work NSFW

I live in Ohio and I don't know how any of this works, I'm MtF

How do I take blood tests and where should I get the HRT from here, I need general advice on what I should get so I can transition too, if it helps I'm pretty full of testosterone which I seriously hate

I did abit of research and there should be lab facilities in Ohio that allow you to buy and book your own bloodtests
