Just characters with unique reloads. That's it.

Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

Does V reload it like this when they unlock it or is this just Johnny embellishing his memories?

My headcanon is that the Johnny part of V’s brain is making him reload like that. Like the first time V reloads it he spins it all flashy-like and then just stops and goes “…Why did I do that?”

And Johnny’s like “Cuz it looks freakin’ awesome, that’s why.”

It's also one of the only times V and Johhny totally agree on a bodily movement. No mind takeover or anything.

You get it pretty late so you could argue enough of the brain has been taken over to the point of it just not being visible anymore that it's Johnny in control. It's also after you've gone through his memories of using it like that iirc.
