Just characters with unique reloads. That's it.

Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

Pretty much all the guns in High on Life since the guns are alive.

Which reminds me of the Oddworld game Stranger’s Wrath which used critters as ammo.

Underrated gem of a game

I had so much fun with stranger’s wrath as a kid. Probably one of the first games I actually tried to do everything in and completely beat it by myself.
