It’s kinda funny that this type of video I used to immediately think “oh these are just theater kids doing theater kid things” but now I always think “these are tiktok kids doing TikTok things”

The one I dated treated every flat surface like a stage so I started putting stuff everywhere as a deterrent but they just used that stuff as props.

My first thought was that all I want is to have a fun group of friends like this. My second thought was that I’ve always been in the (solitary, shy, antisocial) arts and every time a theater kid is around me I crawl out of my skin.

Can I say?
I moved to a new city with my ex. We broke up, and I was in a new city with no friends and no family. I was determined to not be alone, so I started going to local free events and talking to people. It was hard. Months and months of rejection, flaking and ghosting. But now I have a gal group five strong. We're eachothers world; they mean everything to me. When we're bored it's "can I come over? Let's do something". I would go through all the terrible again if it meant finding them.
You can do it!
