There are always conversations about joining up with another team so you can share information and strategize but has it ever really mattered in the end?

I feel like it's the producers who try to make this a thing, hopefully creating controversy.

Am I wrong?

This is definitely the best scramble leg they have done so far and they learned how to properly do it. Honestly, the teams are delivering so much more than what i was expecting. Great casting! I really miss this kind of nature that no one is helping each other. Remember this is a race. The "Kumbaya" is finally over.

I really enjoyed this episode. I can't wait to see the new country, Albania!

We have 4 different teams that have won a leg so far and it clearly shows that the competition this season is level up.

Michelle & Matt are the most consistent team so far. They are adorable and we see the different sides of them which i love.

Doug & Dylan i love them but i think they are the bottom team. They survive by the skin of their teeth in every leg. How long will they last? Hmm... idk

Right now 26 is playing on Pluto, I have it on in the background while doing house work. The teams were just in Amsterdam in the winter, all bundled up. Now they are in Peru, where it is obviously summer. Got me thinking it’s been awhile, I think pre Covid seasons that teams switched between weather extremes, even hemispheres that drastically. Am I wrong? That was always something I loved about the older seasons. You could be skiing on the Swiss Alps on day and on a beach in Thailand the next.

I thought i start a new series, I hope to cover all seasons. . The question is: What is the absolute dumbest thing a team has done during The Amazing Race season 14

Let’s continue this series, I hope to cover all seasons. . The question is: What is the worst thing a team has done to another team or bystanders during The Amazing Race season 14

Anybody think its weird to have to legs in a row starting with an equalizer in Flights and then a needle in the haystack style road block?

Although the travel drama is sometimes fun, I can wrap my head around equalizing the teams on the same flight, but the repeated needle in a haystack road blocks really zap all the tension of the race because its essentially a luck based challenge with diminishing luck the more teams leave.

Plus its weird to equalize the teams and then immediately separate them purely on luck.

From the sneak peak above, look like the third leg will be an elimination leg. That means we are going to said goodbye either Grandfather/Grandson or Jody team in third leg…

On the one hand, bopper and mark. On the other hand, there’s sooooo much negativity throughout from several teams and not in a fun way but a very personal way idk. Like it was my first season I watched and I do like it but rewatching it now I forgot just how much negativity it gives me

Rapid edit: also watching art and jj crash and burn at the end was karmically entertaining

Just getting into The Amazing Race and I love it so far. Just finished Season 3 and OH MY GOD HOW?! Zach deserves a lifetime MVP award for that performance. I seriously doubt any other man would be able to put up with Flo, but to see him not only put up with it but carry them through challenges AND WIN?? God Bless This Man.

S17 - Gary and Mallory got lost for hours in Oman and still arrived minutes behind Nat & Kat; had they gotten lost for ~30 min less, we would have lost those girls. And once again in the finale, Jill & Thomas were trailing behind them until they took some bad directions and fell behind Brook and Claire.

S18 - Gary and Mallory got an incredibly bad taxi in the finale, and even then they managed to get to the final task with the other two teams still there; they had a solid chance at winning, taken by something out of their control.

S25 - That twist came in clutch, and the memory task seems to be the team-killer of so many seasons; it gave Amy & Maya the win, and it crushed teams like Jaime & Cara in S14 and Raquel & Cayla in S33

Now, I don't want to discredit the win of these teams, Nat & Kat were still ahead of Jill & Thomas in the finale and Kisha and Jen still beat the Globetrotters despite never winning a leg, my point is that casting professional athletes and strong women does not guarantee a win, navigation skills are important, so is attention to detail and many other attributes, you can see this pattern in many M/F and M/M teams as well, the race rarely comes down pure physical.

I started by having to spend $19.92 or more (I was born in 1992) at the thrift stores, as I love thrifting.

I then went out of town to find three chairs in an amphitheater with a company name on it.

My detour was either find things at a presidential library or walk backwards to the roof of the library. I chose the latter.

My pit stop was inside the library and someone I knew working there greeted me.

Image was taken on Dec 29 2025, three months after the race passed through.

Really seems like it will be Doug and Dylan which really sucks unless this is nonelimnation. I could be wrong but this looked like where they were from the third episode.

It did look like Jody & Jenn's fruit stand was pretty awful but I dunno.

Alright, just showed my daughters (9 & 11) their first season and we started with 17 - between Nat & Kat and Brooke & Claire, and Gary & Mallory, figured they would love it. Plus the proposal was a huge hit. They’re hooked now.

It’s been so long since I’ve watched these seasons, so I’d love if the community gave some input. Looking for a season with a similar vibe to 17 - pretty upbeat and strong female teams wouldn’t hurt.

They need to do something about how the eliminated teams "look" in their confessionals.

Like "huh. I wonder who got eliminated? The team that is giggly and basking in the sun during their post-leg confessionals? Or... the team who has their interview in the dead of night, shoulders slouched and their eyes are puffy with tears and use past tense about themselves?"

I dont know how to combat this. If it matters.

Or if anyone else cares about this.

But boy is it distracting for me.

If I were a betting man, between confessionals filmed in Morocco what they showed of Dylan and Doug and Jody and Jenn... just saying.

Anyone else extremely stressed they kept their backpacks on during this fruit challenge? I would 100% bump into it with them on.
