PED/cycle help Can testosterone help me

I'm 50, my natural testosterone is 715ng.

I have always been skinny and wanted to grow, I started testosterone cypionate 220mg per week eod.

As I wanted to grow, it felt like it was working, but I was afraid, the more research I did I thought it was stupid to risk my natural levels and because my body fat was above 20%, so after 3 weeks I pct'ed out of it.

So when I say skinny... I mean skinny fat, had a big gut, was 107kg in March and I'm now around 88kg, match stick arms all along.

So im getting closer to the 15% body fat and I'm considering starting again once I have a flat stomach.

Im using peptides together with walking and gym to loose weight.

I'm wondering if it's worth it for me to start again, risk wise and at what dose to make it worth while and how long the cycle should be.

Any advice?

Will check test levels once I stop enchloraphine in 4 weeks.

PED/cycle help What are your thoughts on “TRT+”? Anyone with long-term experience?

What are your thoughts on “TRT+”? Anyone with long-term experience?
I’m 25M and recently ran testosterone at 300 mg/week for around 20 weeks. I know that’s above a replacement dose, but I’ve seen people refer to this approach as “TRT+”, so I’m curious how you view it.
I’ve been extremely happy with the physical results. My bloodwork looked good overall: LDL actually decreased, HDL also decreased but stayed within the reference range, and the other markers checked were within range too. I realize that doesn’t establish long-term safety.
Before starting, my testosterone levels weren’t great, but they weren’t extremely low either. I like the idea of optimizing my levels and improving performance. Interestingly, though, I didn’t notice a huge difference in motivation or drive.
What’s your general take on this approach? Has anyone maintained something similar for years? I’d be interested in your experience with benefits, side effects, changes in health markers over time, and whether you eventually decided to lower your dose or even come off.

TRT help Thinking of starting Test at 23 y/o, test levels at 399 one time, 479 another.

I’m thinking of starting testosterone injections, they’ve been prescribed already, but I’m feeling conflicted because my friend said it’s a stupid idea. I want better energy, focus, and libido. Muscle gains would be a nice side effect as well haha. What do you guys think?

Also if it’s worth mentioning, I took trt in the past and felt 10 times better.

PED/cycle help do I need pct after 5wk @400mg?

19m and made the mistake of hopping on 400mg test-c e3d. realized that this wasn’t for me and i dont want to be playing with my hormones at 19 when i dont particularly need to. also experiencing abnormal shedding which i can only attribute to the test and definitely dont want to lose my hair this young.

do i need to hop on a proper pct protocol or can i quit and see recovery in a month or two? in all honesty i am trying my best to avoid pct because of the nasty sides those can give you but im unsure if ill be okay without it

I'm about to get my first injection tomorrow. It's slow releasing testosterone, one injection over 2 (to 2 and a half) months. I'm switching from Androforte 5 daily cream. Anyone else gone through this? I'm hoping to get some good testosterone levels but my doctor is very against that. Current total testosterone is 15.3 nmol (441 ng/dL). Been on TRT since January

TRT help If I fill the syringe to desired units with luer lock, how do I properly dose without wasting medication in the first needle head?

I’m sorry if this is a common question or if I’m not asking this right. for example, I’m trying 20mg propionate a day using 18 gauge luer lock and then injecting with 27 gauge. I draw the testosterone to the 20 unit mark, and remove the syringe out of the bottle.
I then pull back on the plunger again, so I remove the additional medication in the 18 gauge tip so it doesn’t waste. When I do this, the new reading is about 30 units.
I switch to the 27 gauge and then inject.
What am I missing here?
I feel like the space before the 0 mark and the additional volume in the needle head are contributing about 10 units or 10 extra milligrams to my dose.
How do I properly dose 20mg without wasting medication from twisting off the 18 gauge tip?

PED/cycle help Curious if reta would benefit me if already on test

Hey everyone,

Just a quick one, I am 20 years old and currently on week 2 of running my first test cycle (250mg a week). I have been in the gym for a while and have had previously used reta to drop weight and have currently been off it for 7 months. I do have a fair bit of bodyfat on me and definitely dont want to add anymore so my main question is. Would reta work well with test in a way where test would help me put on a lot of muscle and reta helps me get rid of bodyfat?

TRT help Been on TRT for 3 months and got prescribed HCG. The dose seems absurdly high.

Like the title says I’ve been prescribed HCG to help with fertility/atrophy while on TRT. The dr. wants me to take 2ml - 200 units (two full insulin syringes) 3 x a week. This seems insane to me from someone who pins test and tirz multiple times a week. I asked him to make sure he didn’t mean .2ml (20 units on an insulin syringe) 3 x a week, he said no. Anyone else on HCG that can chime in here? Whats an average dose?

TRT help How to locate ventrogluteal site

Hey guys,
Can someone explain an easy way to find the ventrogluteal site on your own body?
So many contradicting things online, other threads people can’t seem to agree what is ventroglute, diagrams on google ar confusing as fuck, no good YouTube videos, only ones that show how to locate it on someone else’s body.

Anyone know a really simple easy way to find it for certain?

Blood work Community Opinions Wanted

Post image
1 Upvotes

Began a protocol in early summer after testing at 271 and finally understanding the shit feeling, weight gain despite clean diet and consistent gym routine. Initially the protocol was 200mg once weekly, we all know how that goes. Dissatisfied with results from that and troughs left me feeling terrible. I switched clinics and went to 2 subq injections weekly.

These are the results of that recent bloodwork.

I have not experienced any side effects, to my knowledge, that have given me pause. Which is why I neglected to do a more comprehensive panel.

My current clinic has suggested lowering the dosage to 120mg with the same injection regimen. I do understand my levels have gone beyond even the highest range of therapeutic replacement levels. I would also like to see the estrogen levels decrease. But I am enjoying the results of all of it, especially the motivation I have back. However, I am hesitant to start any sort of AI at all. I don’t want to be one of the victims of plummeting estrogen levels. But I am not seeing the fat loss levels I had expected to despite lifting 5-6 days weekly in the morning, walking 10-15 minute cool downs and using the afternoon to swim laps 3-4 times weekly from between 30-45 minutes. I used to swim competitively and have always enjoyed it.

Are these levels dangerously high and I’m a ticking time bomb? While I have not tested blood pressure in one or two months, initial results after starting the protocol showed immediate drops from mild-medium ish hypertension into stellar numbers.

What do we think?

TRT help TRT NATION – will they lower my dose?

Doctor from TRT Nation started me on 200 mg a week but since I tend to have high symptoms, I stay at 126 mg a week. I was wondering if they might see that my T levels are not as high as expected on 200 mg and lower my dose. I don’t want to tell them that I want a lower dose so that I can save the extra.

PED/cycle help steroid cycle recovery

Hi everyone,

I have a classic push/pull/leg workout routine.

But I enjoy going to the gym often for fun. In your opinion, how stupid is it to train without a full rest day, even with 500mg of testosterone per week?

Would you make one full rest day mandatory? Two minimum? Is there a way to train 6 or 7 days a week without compromising recovery?

Thanks!

TRT help Best injection spots

Hey guys, I just started my TRT and my very first shot I gave myself was in my outer middle right quad. It started like normal as I have given myself injections before in my life but as I started to inject things went horribly wrong to say the least. Idk if I hit a nerve or what but I put the needle all the way in and started to inject and got about a drop or two out and it started hurting as I injected and out of nowhere my body got extremely hot and I started sweating profusely, it got so bad that I was sitting on the toilet with a wet rag on my head trying to force myself not to pass out. I’m unsure as to what happened but that has never happened to me before and I’m trying to figure out what to do correctly next time. I was told by my doctor the quad isn’t the ideal place to pin because there are a lot of nerves there and she told me I should try my felt instead. I’m going to pin a second time when I get home from work today and would really appreciate suggestions on where to pin and what makes the process easiest and painless. I use a 18g draw needle then swap it for a 25g 1 inch needle to administer

TRT help Looking to go a little beyond

48m, 5'11", 175lbs. Recently lost about 20lbs w/ peptides, 35lb+ in last 12 months. Been a 3-5x gym/wk for last 15years or so. Feel quite good!

Labs in July vs October:

SHBG nmol/L: 49.2 > 57.6
Total Testosterone ng/dL: 750 > 782
Estradiol pg/mL: 26.0 > 42.1
Free Testosterone pg/mL: 120.7 > 116.8

Also managed to drop LDL by 45%

What's the general consensus on these numbers and the track they're on?
Common sense would say no 'need' for TRT, but I'm really interested in pushing a bit into the supraphysiological arena. The recomp has been great with the weight loss, but I'd like to build from here and put on some lean weight/size.

Is this the right sub to discuss this?

Current peptides for context: bpc/tb, ipa/cjc, motsc, igf1-lr3, reta.

Thanks in Advance
