It runs at a buttery smooth 60 FPS and it looks great honestly. Incredible that they went out of their way to do this for models they haven't sold in years, most manufacturers would gatekeep it for their latest facelifts.

I bought a new 2026 model 3 premium end of May. Previously I didn't want an electric car. I have a diesel truck with 350k miles, ride dirt bikes, MTB, pull a big trailer and never thought an electric car was in my radar. At 61, I have had many gas cars from Lexus to Toyota the most recent my dad's Prius since he couldn't drive anymore. Well the Prius died and with diesel $8/gal I just happened to look at the Tesla website. I looked at the Model 3 and the Premium had 1 year free supercharging, .99% financing and a free month of FSD. So I booked a test drive and at the end of the test drive opened my phone and ordered a new one. So easy I could not believe it. I played with the FSD for a month and while it was cool and basically error free in So Cal on busy freeways, in town etc I didn't renew it due to $100/month. Then over labor day weekend my girlfriend and I drove to Oregon and took the Tesla for fun and ordered the FSD. 14 hours sat to Oregon, visited Sunday, 14 hours back Monday and I though Tuesday would be miserable. Amazingly we were both fresh on arriving in Oregon and at home. The self drive was flawless there and back, through construction zones, flaggers, etc. The routing of the Superchargers was amazing and worry free, and the drive cost me nothing there and back instead of $800+ in my truck. Overall I love this car. Super quiet, super fast, I love the minimal design of the dash an overall vehicle. Charging is no big deal. When my free SC is over I will charge at my office or home but for now its no big deal and I look forward to the 20-25 minutes a few times a week to read in the car while charging. I can't say enough good about the car and I was definitely a skeptic before. My only complaint is $100/month for FSD, at $50 Im all in but for long drives will spring for it for sure. So glad I bought this car.

My 2020 Model 3 can run Santa Mode with a sleigh, reindeer, and holiday visuals, but apparently a Halloween ghost is too much?

I understand AMD Ryzen is significantly more powerful than Intel Atom. I’m not asking for the full graphics-heavy experience.

But why can’t older vehicles receive basic Halloween wraps, spooky lock sounds, a static ghost costume, or a simplified Halloween visualization?

These cars are still receiving software updates. Some of us are also paying monthly for FSD.

I can’t be the only Intel owner who finds this disappointing.

Just got v14.3 lite on a 2018 Model 3 and twice today on a rainy day I found myself in underground parking garages with auto wipers fully on the entire time. When I pulled into a parking spot they finally backed off from fully on to intermittent but still continued to run while i sat in a parking spot in an underground parking garage. Only when I put it in Park did they stop. I love my 8 year old Tesla and it’s not our only Tesla but holy smokes it is pathetic. The only thing worse than the auto wiper functionality is Tesla’s 8-year-running refusal to simply admit reality or pay out the nominal license fee to use a proper sensor.

Tesla engineers have had over 8 years to figure this out. How long before they are willing to admit failure and actually solve the problem?

I have a Tesla Model 3 and noticed the car pulling to the right with a wobbly feel, which seemed unsafe at speeds above 120 kmph.

Tesla inspected it using a road force test and identified a tyre issue, so they replaced it with a brand-new unit.

Wheel balancing and alignment were completed, and the car now runs smoothly.

Best part no cost.

Love the update but I keep hearing howls and owls and random spooky shit how do I turn it off it’s driving me nuts.

I've given up allowing FSD to choose a parking spot. It's just insane.

Similar, but different, last night it missed the turn to the entrance to our hotel and decided to pull into the parking lot of the strip mall in front of the hotel and then drive back to the entrance road. The problem was that it was not one continuous parking lot. There was a separation between two lots with two curbs and FSD started to drive over them when I hit the brake. I ruled it critical.

They got it about 2 weeks ago. Test drove, ordered, delivery got scheduled for 10pm that same night. Totally insane luck! I told her she needs to try her luck with a lotto ticket next lol

Here it is next to my current model Y. Plenty of room for kids and car seats! I don’t have pictures of the car seats, but they let us test out their YL with our car seat configuration. We fit my Graco turn-to-me rear-facing seat behind the passenger, a forward-facing seat behind the driver, and had plenty of room for our 9-year-old to still get in and fit in the 3rd row. I also comfortably fit a graco jogging stroller in the trunk with my diaper bag. Those things are huge and clunky, even folded up lol. My Husband is 5’11 and I’m 5’5. All of us fit pretty comfortably with car seats and kids. Ours is to deliver around Christmas time. Really pleased with this model!!

My 2015 Model S P90D recently went into limp/low power mode about 1 ½ months ago, after coming home from a drive. Thankfully all the alerts occurred essentially at my driveway. It then suddenly fully shutdown despite there being 88 miles of range left.

Fast forward to this day when I had the appointment at the Service Center: They sent their own tow to my house and...well you decide:

What exactly are my options?

Why do you think this is the case specifically for intel model x and s? To my understanding AMD model s and x have these features. This is reported from the “not a Tesla app” website

I just recently removed my Crossflow wheel covers from my 2026 Tesla Model Y with 47, xxx miles and noticed scratches on each wheel. These scratches are a direct result of the tabs on the wheel covers. I took it to Tesla thinking it would be covered under warranty. They confirmed that there were no outside influences that could have caused it and it was caused by the wheel covers. They told me that this type of cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty. It does not seem logical to me that a defect in their design would not be covered under warranty. I share they with the group as a PSA and get advise.

Tired of being a “data labeler” for Tesla. This pop-up is annoying and we need to resist it together.

Lets always select Parking here to mess their data collection.

New update came out last night and I’m hesitant to do it. If there’s say a school zone or speed camera I liked adjusting the max speed manually.

So I’ve read that the FLP battery in my 2026 Model 3 can lose up 40% of its range in extreme freezing temperatures. While not a consistent occurrence here in Colorado, we do have days/weeks where it can dip into the subzero territory. If this loss percentage is accurate then ouch. This is mainly a commuter vehicle in town but still… my power bill is going to laugh at me.

I got a pop up in my car asking me to get my free complimentary front camera cleaning, end up getting schooled by Tesla about the auto wipers for no reasons.
