My bf bought me the planter and the Teddy Glow bundle for my birthday. This is how it arrived at my door. I’m scared to open it to see if the planter is broken and I’m not sure if all the makeup even made it. Is this normal? Should I reach out to the TF team?

I bought this because I loved the pink one so much but the difference in quality is so drastic I don’t even think I can wear the purple one without altering it.

It’s really big and shapeless. The fabric is thinner and the Pom poms are barely attached so it looks like you’re crazy rather than cute. They flop around and one hangs in front the other hangs behind my head. Just why. I loved this hat so much.

It’s such a good size!! Almost want to switch it with my string of turtles so he could have some long hair but I kinda love this look right now. 🧸🌿

I think I got it years ago with an order. Not really my thing but I have held onto it.

Maybe this isn't unusual, but until this year it felt like almost every piece had Teddy Fresh, the bear, or some kind of logo visible on the outside. For example, today's drop (the Dump Him sweater, Never Give Up turtle tee, color block hoodie, and Harrington jacket) doesn't seem to have any visible branding at all.

Is this an intentional shift, or am I just noticing it now?
