This is what Microsoft Teams shows in German when you're in a meeting and someone starts the transcription. Translation:

Started by [name]. If you take part in this meeting, you agree to taking part. Privacy policy

I wonder if it's the same in English or if it's a translation thing. The text is the same for recording + transcription, but when the meeting is only being recorded and not transcribed, it says "... you agree to the recording".
