I want to start going on them to meet people who like outdoorsy stuff but none ny friends want to go . Do many go on there own? Or would I be on the bus on me own

I probably sound pathetic as hell, but I'm in my 4th Year and I'm still alone. I made a few friends over the past few years in college, all of them from a different course and they're on their gap years or just closer to the people in their own course. I didn't really socialise with the people in my course and now I feel like its too late. I sit between lectures on my own because I have no one to talk to, I spend most of my weekends and lunch breaks alone because I don't have any plans. I don't feel like trying now either, because everyone is just already within their friend groups and friends, and no matter what, I'm not going to find anyone now. It just sucks because I still feel like I'm that first year crying on the commute home because she doesn't have any company. My classes finish early and I hate going home, because I'm alone there anyway, but even in college, I have no one I can spend time with. I'm genuinely so lost :( Is it still possible for me to find connections?

Does anyone have an extra ticket for the trinity graduation on the 19th at 1 pm? Unfortunately I have a complex family dynamic and will need more than two tickets in order for my father to enter building and see me walk across the stage. Does anyone have an available space they’d be willing to let me use?

Hi! I’m thinking of starting a swimming routine but don’t currently have a swimming cap for my hair, can I use the pool in sports centre without or is it mandatory? I do have very long hair but I would obviously be tying it up cap or not.

21M never went to college, after finishing secondary school (kishoge) I went to a plc cause I failed the lc, during the study days I was just playing Roblox. Now everyone seems to be enjoying the uni life while I'm stuck at home rotting my youth away, no friends, no relationship. I was learning UX UI design and other things before that (which I failed horribly to learn) cause I thought I could get out of this situation but there's hardly anyone applying so I just feel lost tbh. I finished my 3rd iteration of my portfolio started applying for jobs few days ago. I hope I land something. Anyways I don't really know why I'm posting here I just saw this subreddit on my recommended and I wish I was in this school but I'll never experience college in this lifetime.

So like obviously got the college wide email from the vice provost. About 2 days later the head of my school sends an email saying lectures etc "may not take place" and that they are waiting official confirmation? I thought the vice provost saying that theyre not on would be confirmation enough?

I’ve registered with them and I’m curious what peoples experiences have been? I have an appointment with a disability officer who seems to also be an occupational therapist.

I commute to college and a locker would be really helpful. I’d accept one on any floor of the arts block, paying about €50-60 for it 🤝🤝

I'm an international high school student, and I'm planning to apply to TCD for medicine, but I was concerned to hear about internationals not getting internship spots after med school. Is that true, and should I apply as an international?
Also, will I face accommodation problems during the 5-year stay in any way?

Looking for someone to take over my lease in kavanagh court. It’s a 15 minute walk to campus and the Luas is right outside the door. Gym, a cinema room, multiple social areas and study zones and all bills included. I need to transfer the lease to move out. Message me if you are interested. Noticing it more this year than last year but it might be a bias rather than it actually happening more. I went up 2 floors in the usher because I thought that's where the locked in people go. These lads sit in the row of seats across from me and keeping talking and it's not even whispering. I don't get it. We aren't starved of spaces to hang out or work but also chat. I don't really mind people accidentally dropping something on the floor and it making a sound, or footsteps or whatever else. But chatting is not really an accident.
