Salamalakem Everyone I am 23 White muslim. Reverted 2022, my question I have to ask is in regard to marriage. Do Syrians lean to being more open to marrying foreigners or you they strictly stick to Syrians or people Levantine Decent.

it varies heavily, you can find from open mind to people who refuse to marry anything outside the same tribe or village

Syrian don't even like marrying from another Gouvernante.
But it comes down to the person you'll marry and their family.

A lot of men in my family are married to foreigners, a lot of people I know are, I would take it on an individual basis.

Do you have someone in mind? If this is the case try to find out by asking him/her indirectly.. this is really not very predictable.. but generally if you two match, the family could intervene or have an influence on the potential spouse.. this is more present if the potential spouse is a women (I'm being totaly honest).. but I'd say it worth asking him/her as I advised earlier :)
Personally (M28).. I wouldnt mind it at all, if I had the chance.. as long as she's a muslima and speaks at least a little bit of arabic :)
We seriously need to enrich our genetic pool :)

A fellow expat from Aleppo once told me he couldn't marry someone from Damascus because it's a completely different culture lol.

It really depends. Some aren’t even willing to marry outside their family, some will only marry other Syrians, some will only marry from belad al sham, some will only marry from among the broader Arab world, some will be open to marrying أجنبي if they are willing to effectively become Syrian, and some will marry أجنبي without that expectation. If you’re trying to marry a man living in Syria, it’s probably a no go. Outside of Syria, especially for Syrians who are already established on their own outside of Syria, it’s a different story
In my family, most people are married to other nationalities, both men and women
The important thing in your situation is to marry a man of good character and strong on his deen. For all reverts this is particularly crucial. The specific nationality of the potential spouse is less important

Just as any ethnic group — this varies person to person.
In my circle of friends, I personally know Syrian women who married out. One married a Mexican revert man, another married a Guatemalan revert man, and the other married a Sudanese man. Everyone else married a Palestinian, Syrian or Lebanese man. Only one in my circle married a gulf Arab man and ended up relocating to Riyadh due to the marriage. Those who marry fellow Syrians — some are only sticklers about which Governate they’re from or even the town if they’re from Damascus. The rest falls in line with family, social class — the typical.
I myself have courted Syrian men in the past. My experience is as stated — varies by the person and their family. My experience is as stated: I’ve been privileged where the families have been accepting of me, but it didn’t work out due to personal beliefs/opinions, lifestyle choices, religious stances.
Best of luck!

My cousin married a foreigner however this individual was in Syria learning Arabic and Islamic studies and eventually managed to find himself a wife whilst in Damascus. Whatever you do, prioritise learning Arabic.

If they live in Syria, difficult. If they live in an Arab country, unlikely. If they live in a western country, likely. I don't know about other regions of the world.
