I had to pass near (not across) a flooded creek on the way just before the real flood came at about 14-20 kmh speed with my 2023 vitara allgrip. On front , water level sometimes came near the height of headlights. Nothing strange happened , no faulty engine sound nor anything.
I drove 3 km more came home than asked myself should I worry for anything. Checked air filter and box all were dry. No trace of high level water on engine bay. On laterals water level seems to reach the upper edge of rocker panels. I restarted the engine after air filter check. All seems ok. Should I worry for anything else.

Hi all! I'm in Ukraine and looking at a new Suzuki S-Cross with AllGrip in the top trim. I'm coming from a 2019 VW Jetta 1.4 which is crazy rattling.
Would love to hear from owners:
Interior quality — this is my main concern. Any rattles or creaking plastics, especially after a year or two, in the cold, or on rough roads? Where do they usually come from (dash, doors, trunk)?
Mods — did you add sound insulation? Was it worth it, and how noisy is the cabin at highway speeds from the factory?
Overall impressions — how does it compare to other cars you've owned or test-driven in this class? Anything you'd warn a new buyer about?
I drive mostly in the city and plan to keep the car for 5+ years, so long-term experience is especially welcome. Thanks!

I am 115-120kg and tall.
Are the driver and front passenger seats sturdy enough? i hate when cars have flimsy seats and after 50000km they start making noises when turning or hitting bumps because of usage+my weight

Hi everyone, I'm looking to buy from somewhere (ideally within Europe) the front CVT variator, my current one is Malossi with 14gr. rollers, I've noticed some vibrations between 3000 and 4000 rpm. and after opening it there was a slight groove on the pulley. The previous owner lied to me everything was changed when he bought it a year ago but when I removed the cover everything inside was in filth and dust, surprisingly the bell and the clutch are fine but I'm still needing the variator. The current one doesn't have the threads with 4 screws and the cover for the rollers is holding itself only by standing next to the CVT wall.
Any recommendations from where I can buy closest to the original one?
Sorry for my English - not my first language

I have a really good deal from a dealership for a Suzuki Vitara LY Series II Turbo 2019 with 150,000 kms for $16,500 driveaway. I have been seeing so much mixed feedback on the car. I wanted a 2012 rav4 originally but it was hard to find one and this car seemed to be a good alternative while also being much more modern and more features.
I just want to hear peoples experience with this car and if it has been good and reliable.

Hi everyone.
I'm the proud new owner of a 2014 Swift and I was wondering about the battery icon in the display. I've only really seen this in hybrid cars, but my car isn't a hybrid. Power seems to be going to it while coasting, like a hybrid.
Is it sending power to my normal 12v battery? Is it something to do with the "Idling stop" feature?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, I am planning on making a digital oil temp sensor for my car but I'm not sure what sensor to buy. I will connect it to an micro controller with an rgb led or maby even a small screen.
So, has anyone ever did this or can give me any tip?
Also my distance meter is messed up and instead of counting accurate it counts way to fast so a 10km drive might add 25km instead. (The 12345km one not the one you can set) so it says I've traveled a trip around the globe in 2 years which I have not.
Is this a common problem and is it fixable?

Crazy first post and no one cares I'm sure, but wouldn't it be pretty cool of instead of the gsx250r, they made an sv250 with a 250cc v-twin, giving the beginner class a bike with character diverse uses(vstrom 250? sv250s?)and usable torque.
