You’re invited to participate in a doctoral research study which will examine how individuals experience grief following different types of loss (physical loss, financial loss, and interpersonal loss). This study explores whether common grief responses, as described in Kübler-Ross's framework, are shared across a variety of loss experiences.
 
About the Study
 
This research seeks to better understand how adults experience and process grief following various losses. Participants will be asked to complete an anonymous online survey about their experiences with loss and grief.
 
Who Can Participate?
You may be eligible if you:
✓ Are 25 years of age or older
✓ Have experienced a loss (such as the death of a loved one, relationship loss, health-related loss, career loss, loss of a possession or sentimental item, or another meaningful loss experience).
✓ Are able to complete an online survey in English

Participate from any location with internet access
Voluntary Participation

The goal is to better understand:

1. Why some young adults actively follow the news while others do not
2. What attracts or repels people from current-events content
3. How different headline styles and presentation formats affect interest
4. What young adults would want from a current-events organization they would actually use
