REVIEW First Superbuy Haul

Received my first parcel from Superbuy and I’m absolutely amazed with the detail to service and packing I have experienced. My full haul was just over 4kg, used shipping expert to package as safe as possible (who also made it possible to use a suitable duty free airline that wasn’t available to me before) and the package arrived safely after 11 days in transit to the UK. Every item arrived in pristine condition. I paid £33 for duty free airmail (general cargo), £3.50 on parcel insurance and added extras like epe loose filling and sealing the package to protect it from moisture etc.

The service and communication from customer service, sale reps, etc. was beyond amazing I always had a fast and efficient response on a lot of DIY orders. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a proxy service to date! This has allowed me to finally acquire some amazing products from Chinese artists that otherwise would be impossible to purchase. Thank you for such a diligent and helpful service! Excited for my next haul.

Vacuum seal question

So I have a question: if I use vacuum sealing for some T-shirts, will they remove the original T-shirt packaging? Is there any way to keep the original packaging in the haul? And how do I tell them to fold shoe boxes

HELP Buying a vintage camera to Australia, how do I safely get it here?

Hi all,

I'm buying a vintage Sony Handycam off Xianyu/Goofish since the Japanese/Euro market right now is skyrocketing for these types of cameras.

I have read that Superbuy is fairly good and has good shipping costs after looking at the website. I'm shipping to Australia if that is important information.

My questions are:
1. How would I properly ask to wrap my camera up since it's fragile?

  1. How reliable is Superbuy with these types of items?

  2. How do I properly get it through customs? Would I need to declare anything?

If anybody has any experience in getting cameras from there or shipped to Australia let me know how your experience was.

Thanks!

Hello,

The package weighs approximately 18,500g by volumetric weight; the price still seems high.

I want to deliver it to Belgium,

What should i put in the declared amount ? The limit is 150$ i think

I filtered for tax-free options, but I don't think I found any.

Thanks in advance for the help

Hi,

I want to make what I consider to be an expensive purchase using superbuy. I have shared the seller and a link to the item. I am concerned because superbuy mentioned that they wont help you in any way if you have issues with seller shipping or authenticity.

Any tips for anyone looking to buy from US?

REVIEW First order on Superbuy (24 bottles of nail ink)

Hi everyone, just want to share my first experience with Superbuy!

And yes I choose 24 sensitive items at my first package 😭 But it was because there was no US distributor have this brand on their website and I needed blooming nail ink so bad for my nuance nail practice 😭😭😭
Saw Superbuy got recommended a lot so I tried finding them here and thanks to their image searching I found these ink really fast! Got 2 collections for only $26.48 which is a steal!

After it arrived at warehouse, I was worried what line should I pick for my package because these are flagged at sensitive items, each bottle contains 15ml which bring the total up to 360ml for 1 package. I had no idea so I used shipping expert and they recommended me EUB line for the first shipping. And yeah, got returned 💔 (which was expected ngl)
On my second try (still use shipping expert), they picked EU&US Duties-Free Airline (Special Cargo) this time and it took only 2 weeks to arrive! Same speed of my usual AliExpress orders so it's good news to me!

So in summary:

1st package:
- Shipping route: EUB
- Cost: $31.13
- Weight: 1370g
- Returned to warehouse after 13 days

2nd package:
-Shipping route: EU&US Duties-Free Airline (Special Cargo)
- Cost: $49.15
- Weight: 1295g (no idea why it's lighter ig shipping expert repacked it or something 😭)
- Delivered to my house after 14 days

I received my package today and everything is perfect! No broken or missing piece and the color is beautiful! The swatch cards come with it is kinda rough but it was already like that when it shipped to the warehouse so I'm okay with that.

Overall, great service! Will definitely use them for my next order! I attached photos of the 2 collections with their swatch cards, the swatches I put on their caps, and 3 samples I've done with these nail inks!

HELP Shipping advice

I have a can badge that totals $130+ and some other items I’d like to ship , is it smarter to bundle them together or ship this one small can badge ( very expensive ) by itself to avoid any issues with customs

I’d assume it’d be more suspicious if one small item gets such a high declared value , but the amount declared between these items would probably total $200+

Just curious as to which way would avoid issues with customs and assure my items reach me , any help is appreciated !

HELP Question regarding order

Hi! I'm new to superbuy, but a friend recommend it to me. I want to purchase a costume, but for the life of me I can't seem to figure out what to do, I would like to ask the seller the current wait time/manufacturing time, possible custom tailoring option and etc, is there any way I could do this before placing an order? Thank you

Hello everyone, I’m new to using Superbuy and I ordered a few clothes online and I’ve been waiting for them to come in but I was just wondering what exactly this meant and how close it is to reaching the US if that makes sense since the GOFO tracking number they gave me still says “shipping label created”

HELP Looking for shipping option... is anyone used "ocean cargo" to EU before?

I'm looking to buy a 2u rack server from Taobao, its a large (30Kg) and expensive item (500 euro)
Air cargo estimated in-between 300-400 euro, ocean cargo 200-250 euro but says "0 uses within 30 days"

How is that work? do i need to go to the nearest ship port to pick up, or its delivered normally to my house?

LOGISTICS What method of shipping do I use for shipping one Puffer Jacket?

I have got one puffer jacket at the warehouse...I really want to keep the shipping prices as low as possible. So, should I use the shipping expert or do I just go with the normal one to ship to the UK?

Edit: I initially said I don’t want to keep shipping prices as low as possible which was a typo…I obviously want it to be as low as possible lol

HELP if i remove inbound packaging, will outbound shipping still be padded appropriately?

i've ordered a few action figures, an anime figure, and some miscellaneous goods, respectively.

all other proxy services i've used in the past automatically discard the inbound packaging during the consolidation phase, and just consolidate all the orders into one box with bubble wrap/paper padding, etc.

yet, the dichotomy on Superbuy seems to be "keep the inbound box if it's fragile at all, otherwise ditch it"

i don't really want my outbound box to be like 2-3x larger than it needs to be, but i still want my items to be padded & protected according to common sense & expectation

if i ditch all the inbound boxes and consolidate my orders, will Superbuy still pad the box with paper & bubblewrap etc. to protect it appropriately? or do i really have to keep the inbound box as that protection instead?

thanks

EDIT: also, is it possible to change my selection for whether to keep inbound packaging after i already ordered the items, but they haven't been shipped by the seller yet? i don't really see the option...

HELP Refund process

I have this order in my warehouse and want to return it. I’m unsure what the seller sent as negotiation offer. I choose “missing item” as reason (ordered two and one was missing a nail bit).

What is that ¥18 cashback offer? Can I use them freely afterwards? Will the return option be door-to-door pickup? I know SB also has the option to send it back via SF express, but I don’t have experience with that option.

Volumetric Weight - is it worth buying plushies?

Thumbnail

I fell in love with two little guys but they are labeled as "volumetric weight"
I never ordered anything from superbuy so I'd like to avoid buying something that will be too expensive for me to import.
They are 32cm and 55cm long, respectively. They can probably be compacted but still.

Besides, I don't plan on ordering only these two, I might add some clothes as well. I don't know if they'll be packed in the same parcel, which could increase the shipping cost...

Is anyone experienced here and have an idea of how much the parcel might cost? Or at least, if it's a terrible idea. Thank you.
