a little drawing i made back when the mario galaxy mario first released :)

To preface, I’ve never been a big Mario Party guy. Never owned any of the games as a kid outside of 10 on the Wii U (though I have fond memories of playing 8 with an old friend), and I never got the itch to pick up any of the Mario Party’s on Switch

However, as of late I’ve been partying a lot more in general, and my friends tend to play Mario Party when we’re the most inebriated towards the end of our parties. Im hosting a Halloween party at the end of the month, and I know I need to pick up a game. My issue is, I’m really struggling on which to choose.

It’s mainly between Super Mario Party Jamboree and Mario Party Superstars. I’m not particularly interested in Super Mario Party, as I’ve heard kinda mixed things, and that it relies too heavily on the JoyCons. I’ve played both Jamboree & Superstars, and they’re both great, but I just can’t choose. Can anyone help me? Some actual reasoning too would definitely help sway me better lol

Who remembers playing the original Super Mario Bros?

I could see this battle being made by EddieFRB, since he's made characters that are usually silent (Toothless and Pikachu) speak.

Rene Russo - Princess Toadstool

Bridget Fonda - Princess Toadstool

Steve Buscemi - Larry Koopa

Judd Nelson - Ludwig Von Koopa

Debi Mazar - Wendy O. Koopa

Michael Madsen - Roy Koopa

Vincent D'Onofrio - Morton Koopa Jr.

Ricky Dean Logan - Lemmy Koopa

Ron Perlman - Donkey Kong

Tom Arnold - Diddy Kong

Sean Astin - Diddy Kong

Lance Henriksen - The King or maybe Wart as a twist?

Joe Pesci - Wario?

Danny Devito - Wario?

Tim Curry - Kamek?

Martin Short - Kamek?

? - Kamek

? - Wart

? - Birdo

? - Mouser

? - Clawgrip

? - Cranky Kong

Joe Pesci - Mario Mario?

John Turturro - Luigi Mario?

What if this movie came out in 1995? I don't know what Princess Toadstool's age should be. I see Rene Russo as an older version. I see Bridget Fonda as a younger version. I can see the Koopalings as a mob like family. I can see them riding a limo together in Brooklyn/Dinohattan. Heeyyy, the Mushroom Kingdom! Fuggetaboutit! We go avenge Zio/Papa Koopa!

Ron Perlman as a badass Donkey Kong. Tom Arnold as a bumbling Diddy Kong or Sean Astin as a kid at heart version. I can see Ron Perlman's Donkey Kong and Joe Pesci's Mario having conflict. Joe is lashing out and Ron is just laid back. I can see Ron's Donkey Kong getting annoyed with Tom's Diddy Kong for being too friendly. I can also see Tom as a goofy Donkey Kong with Sean as his sidekick.

I can see them recasting Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo with Joe Pesci and John Turturro. I personally felt Turturro should of played Luigi instead of Leguizamo. When I watch a Youtube clip of the first batcave scene from Batman and Robin. I would imagine Joe Pesci and John Turturro as Mario and Luigi in the opener of the sequel.

Ya'll should checkout Nostalgia Critic's video on a Super Mario Bros sequel pitch. I think that inspired me to do all these fan castings. I had fun with this. I already did fan castings for Raimi's Spider-Man and the Sonic movies.

I've been doing fanarts for Spooky Month and this time I made King Boo in the Luigi's Mansion version, one of my favorite games from Super Mario franchise. I hope you like it, see you soon, bye 👻👻👻.

In My AU, Mario will be retiring from his title of SUPER (hero of the Mushroom Kingdom essentially), and will be passing it upon his former Apprentice, Garth.

Garth recently turned 22 last Monday within my Canon. And will be taking upon the role of SUPER on October 31st of this year.

I commissioned my friend to draw this teaser of his SUPER design. He's ensemble is yet to be completed, one of the outfits components is actually one of the gifts he got.

It's a mixture of Canon, Fannon, and OC that gave him the gifts he is holding.

Btw, those are his Fireflower gloves, those are not what his hands look like.

I wanted to get an opinion of what you guys think of the teaser. I will post what his full design is like later on.

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask for your help finding a lost Mario fan game. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure if it was a game or just some fan-made level renders. I was little when I saw screenshots of this game. I remember seeing several of them. They had simple and rather minimalist 3D graphics, and the game looked like a remake of Super Mario Bros. I saw Mario in two forms: Super Mario and Fire Mario. Above I have attached my drawings, which I drew from memory as closely as I could. And finally, I have two last clues: there were four-legged Koopas and Bowser also walked on four legs in the castle level. That's all for now, I'd appreciate any information you provide, thanks in advance for your help!

Nabbit's just my personal test dummy for trying new things on Krita.

if Tim Burnelis did a super Mario 3D land piano album he would probably do the entire soundtrack along with some of the map themes

Honestly playing hacks of the game that removed level kicking the pacing just feels so much smoother.
