Giovanni turned around to see who came in. He looked like someone's kindly Grandpa.
"Oh, it's you." He smiled, his dead olive-green eyes showing none of the warmth. He had a nose that looked like it had broken a time or two and a mustache like Tony's with a scar running down his cheek.
He chuckled, "I knew you would come; Tony is probably here too. Men can never resist saving the damsel in distress, especially this fine piece of ass." And gave her breast a firm squeeze.
"LET HER GO!" MC shouted.
Giovanni chuckled again, ignoring MC. "When I'm done dealing with you and Tony, I'm gonna have so much fun with her." He gave her breast another squeeze, causing Maria to struggle and cry out beneath her chains and gag.
He started pacing. Hands behind his back, like this was completely natural. "I don’t take too kindly to people stealing from me, especially from a trusted person like Luigi was." He stopped and turned to MC, face red with fury. "That ginger fuck stole 700,000 dollars from me."

"Yeah, it was me. They were both supposed to be dead. Then Tony, Maria, Tina, and Becca disappeared without a trace. I thought I would die with this failure, but lo and behold, we found them, thanks to a certain associate of yours who really has a hard-on for you."
"Dimitri," MC growled.
Gio shook his head. "It was my fault for depending on those greaseball Greeks. But if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself"
He took off his jacket and shirt to reveal the body of a semi-retired heavyweight boxer riddled with scars, burns, and bullet holes.
"You know I could have been a pro, but I like torturing and killing my opponents too much. That's why I stuck to the underground. Who the fuck are they going to report to when I own it?" He laughed and got into a boxing stance.

He wasn't fast, but his body was like a mountain, and nothing seemed to get to him. MC had to be careful; one wrong move and he'd be in trouble. All the while, he dodged and parried, but Giovanni led him into a trap and made MC trip over the stand holding the tools. In no time, Giovanni was on top of him, wailing pain down upon him. MC tried to protect his body and face, but everything hurt so bad that he had to make it stop, so he reached out for something, anything; he grabbed a tool near him and stabbed wildly. Giovanni roared back in pain, holding his eye. Giovanni pulled out the tool. "You little bastard! When I get done with you, those girls are going to be working the streets!" He began moving toward MC again. Maria struggled and cried against her bonds.
MC was too hurt even to move. And just lay there, apologizing to Debbie, Jenny, Diane, and all the rest. Just then, the doors opened, and Tony roared in, followed by Keeves. Giovanni turned just in time for Tony to put Giovanni on his ass with a swing of his pipe club, and Keeves finished him off by slicing off his head. MC blacked out soon after and woke up in the hospital wrapped in bandages and a cast on his left arm, and only able to open one eye. Micoe sucking his cock.
"Hey there, sweetie. Just checking your vitals." She smiled with a string of saliva connecting her mouth with his dick. He was told he would have to stay in the hospital for a few weeks till his body healed. He had a string of many visitors over the coming days.
Debbie fretted over him; Diane gave him an extra special batch of milk; Jenny just told him to hurry; they had money to make; Eve drew him a picture while Oddete wanted to 'help him heal' but was shooed out by the hospital staff; Mia prayed over him and told him she was waiting for a study session; Judith came with donuts; Roxxy was more protective of him, especially when Missy touched two buttons on his bed and dam near folded him in half. Becca, for once, cried and told him she wouldn't know what she would do if anything happened to him, and Tina smiled and told him she had something for him when he got healed. Then finally Tony and Maria arrived. He found out that after he passed out, Keeves and Tony carried him and Maria out just in time for a missile to hit the yacht, sent from the Rumps yacht (Nadya and Iwanka have become friends). MC also confirmed what Tiny had suspected. Tony said he knew from Maria, who heard and saw everything.
He also found out that not only was Maria pregnant again, but Tina and Becca were too. When MC got out of the hospital, he did right by Becca and married her, much to the chagrin of Roxxy, Missy, and a few of the other ladies. With Nadya's help, the restaurant was rebuilt better than ever and became a small chain with Maria's kids running them in the future. They also turned Tony's pizza rolls into frozen food and quickly overshadowed every other pizza roll on the market, earning millions thanks to Nadya's aggressive sales campaign. MC also paid off his debts to Nadya, and one of those things was getting her and each of her girls pregnant. MC would remain close to the Salieri family and Nadya's company forever. He would retire as a semi-rich man with many children.
