Discussion Community-based nursing program

Has anyone heard of a community-based nursing program? Where clinicals are community-based and not in a hospital? I heard they exist but it's hard to find because all that comes up is community college or community health or something else.

Are you in the US? I’ve never heard of them and it seems like it would be hard to meet state/NCLEX requirements like that.
