So I made the empire of determined exterminators next me my vassal and gave them tons of resources, transferred a bunch of systems I didn’t want to them, and then helped them conduct some wars to expand their territory. Sort of treating them like a garden I’m tending.

However, none of the crisises have started, I’m 50 years after the endgame year, and after checking the Declare Crisis options and seeing my pet exterminators are highlighted yellow while everyone else is red, I’m wondering if they’ve chosen a Crisis path and all the normal Crisises are waiting until this one is done? Is that possible?

Thanks for responding
