Did you install the antennas that came with your mobo? If they're already installed, is there line of sight between them and the devices you're using?

Says a CPU and a GPU, neither of which implement the Bluetooth.
Motherboard Bluetooth? Add-on Bluetooth option? Nearby cables, metal furniture, microwave ovens, neighbors, other Bluetooth devices, ...

I had this issue as well, and when I plugged in the wi-fi antenna, the BT worked better as well. It seems the antenna works for both, but they never say so.

Używam dongla, bo ten Bluetooth z płyty głównej jest słaby i działa super myślę, że do 10$ jesteś w stanie kupić bez problemu takie coś

use a 2.4 GHz USB dongle. If you're not going to be in front of the computer and you're going to be like on the other side of the room or in another room, it's going to be better for you to use 2.4. My PC is located in my office. On the other side is my living room. If I try the use Bluetooth, there's just too much interference. 2.4 works great. I use a 8-bitdo ultimate that has the USB dongle built into the charging stand. So as long as you have it plugged in via USB the charging stand and it works great
