I bought a hard-shell case on Amazon

My biggest concern was that the Steam Frame wouldn’t fit into the case, but as you can see in the pictures, it fits perfectly.

Now my only concern is that the fabric covering the case seems very prone to picking up dirt. Otherwise, I’m satisfied.

I don't feel like the ergo straps would fit in this.

Personnaly I bought a camera bag with an extra padding to cover the lense, plenty of room for extra batteries and cable too

I have this exact case and the ergo kit... i can confirm it doesnt fit and its upsetting

Edit: ive ended up putting the controllers in the oposite section (left in right and vise versa) its not an ideal or "perminant" fix for me as i want to get something more substantial but this may be fine short term

Probably best to get those rigid plastic cases with foam inside of them and just cut yourself the shapes you need. There should also be some with precut foam for easy adjustment so you don't have to cut it fully by yourself.

Thats my plan. Dont have too much space at the moment but i will be travelling with it some times so i do want one of those cases for peace of mind. This was just short term till i had something better

I was doing that too but i didnt want to keep using it incase it got nocked and the bar that goes ovee the lenses looked like it was doing damage to the anti glare film so i stopped

Ah you mean that T-like part? I removed it from the box too straight away, I need all the space I can get to fit the controllers with ergo kit xD, I also 3d printed 2 covers that fit over the lenses for when I'm done playing so it's covered. Until I got my prescriptions at least

Wish i had a 3d printer to do that. I just use the cleaning cloth held under the magnet clamp 😅

I got the Venom case off amazon, fits nice in there! Only downside is its awkward to secure the controllers with the ergo straps

That thing is a lint trap, I know, I have one lol. If you get one, go for the grey/white style, avoid the black.
