On the 64GB model that yellow bar is almost always shader caches and Proton compatdata for games living on your SD card, plus any Desktop Mode Flatpaks. Pop into Desktop Mode and run Filelight from Discover and it'll show you the exact folders eating the 33 GB right away.

I just recommend running a complete system wipe. If you've been installing non-steam games then there can be errant files on the linux desktop associated with them.

Nah it was great cause you upgrade the ssd cheaper then buying the next model up. That was pre ai tho

Yeah but people who are too scared to do it, even tho its really easy, now have this problem

They should've atleast had it come with 256gb as card or something, also had the proton files run off the sd card

I bought a 64gb and paid for someone to Install a 1TB SSD and it was cheaper than buying the 512GB at the time, so, no.

Is there any device that comes with 64gb storage these days? Even the cheapest phones seem to be 125 or more.

Your shits old bro.

They discontinued it, I suspect OPs pic was a big part of it. I have a 64gb and I have to go into desktop mode and delete a bunch of crap all the time. If I had known back then that it would be an issue for years down the line, I would’ve gotten one with more internal storage.
