Tonight's the Spokane Fighting Game Community's 2nd anniversary of locals at our venue, the awesome Pure Northwest on Main and Division! Come on down tonight to meet up, get some games in, enjoy some food and drinks, and have a great time! We're running from 6pm till closing time!

Im looking for local people to start gaming with. I’m a 36yr old single dad with limited game time and I’m usually not able to start playing until 9pm. I play on PC. Currently I’m just playing Crimson Desert and Dune Awakening from time to time.

I used to be big into COD but now just play it some times. I’ve played waterpark sim, schedule 1, and RV there yet with some people before and had a blast.

I’m open to play anything though. Just looking to have a good time with good people.

Two years ago on Friday, October 4th, the Spokane FGC made its new home at Pure Northwest. Since then we've been going strong, growing and developing into the scene we are today with consistent locals and the Inland Empire Monthly. It's time to get together and celebrate that.

This Friday, October 2nd we're celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Spokane FGC locals at Pure Northwest! We are calling for ALL THE WARRIORS! We're coming together to celebrate our amazing venue and the people who have brought their passion and energy to the local again and again over the last two years! Come by and get some games in and celebrate!

To mark the occasion, we'll also be taking a group photo at 9pm! Make sure that you're at the venue by then if you want to be a part of the photo!

Local tonight at 6pm at Pure Northwest! It’s also your last chance to sign up for the monthly tomorrow, so go and sign up if you haven’t already! Schedule is posted on the tournament webpage.

Hey everyone! I’ve been playing a lot of avatar legends and was looking for other local players to add on psn and chill with. Most of my friend group aren’t into fighting games so I was hoping to meet and connect with some new people!

I have played and DMed a lot of TTRPGs, mainly dnd but also some oneshots of others. I really want to try and play some Lancer as I have the book and have been reading it along with watching lots of videos and actual plays. I am new so am still learning how the game works and would love to find a group who I could join. I have lots of experience with TTRPGs and role play games in general and know the basic rules and character creation. If anyone has or knows of a group looking for or willing to take on new players I would love to join.

Inland Empire Monthly #15: Community Edition is this weekend! Remember to go and get signed up for the event, and bring your A-game for Spokane's first fighting game tournament of fall and an event for a good cause!

Sign ups close on Friday at midnight. Schedule will go live on Wednesday at 6pm. See you at the Saranac Commons and Merlyn's on Saturday!

I’m a 33 year old guy - just moved to Spokane Valley last year and want to try to make some local friends! I’m mainly a Nintendo fan, but like a bit of everything. I have a Switch 2, Switch 1, PS5, PC, handheld PC, and a couple emulation devices. I also enjoy YouTube gaming content from people like Bob Wulff, Beatemups, Retro Game Corps, and more. If we have some overlap and you want to see if we gel - hit me up!

Come down to Pure Northwest at 6pm on Main and Division to get some matches in! New player? Seasoned vet? Looking to just chill out? All are welcome! Come down for some games and good times!

The Inland Empire fighting game tournament series is throwing in more prizing for the Guilty Gear and Tekken 8 brackets!

Why are so many Spokane gamers overly obnoxious with their social skills when playing at local game stores?

So many are loud as hell and drop the f-bomb in almost every sentence.

You’re in a public space, and it just grinds away any possible enjoyment by other gamers who are trying to be heard at a normal talking level, let alone you don’t care if younger players happen to be nearby.

I’ve witnessed this almost every time during MTG events specifically.

These stores are not your living room. If you want to behave like foul mouthed hyenas, do it in your own private gaming space and stop ruining the experience for others.

Hey folks, I'm interested in checking out the local casual Commander scene and was wondering which LGS has the most welcoming, chill crowd.

Ideally looking for a place with a good mix of folks who are there to hang out, play some games, and have a good time, more relaxed/social than super competitive.

Which stores would you recommend?

I’m just wondering if anyone happens to know if there is now a dancerush stardom machine anywhere in the area. Thanks!

Hey Spokane!!!!! I'm saddened to hear that Chaos Arcade closed down a while ago... I love rhythm games and played so much of the maimai cabinet. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was relocated nearby or if there are any more rhythm game cabinets nearby. lmk what y'all got 🫶

We just had our third session this week, and our group is 3 players (Fighter, Samurai, Wizard) and the Game Master. We wanted to start with closer to 5 players, but a few of them dropped out. We're all in our 20s and it would be ideal if prospective players were around the same age, but as long as you're an adult it'll be fine. It would also be ideal if you are familiar with the PF1E system, but if you aren't or come from a different system like 5E, we can help catch you up to speed. Also, we're all about diversity and inclusion, so if you aren't cool about that, this may not be the table for you. If interested, feel free to inquire via DM about meeting times and campaign details. Thank you for your time :)
