Andrea Vicky - Chilled by the Air
This is an older song I wrote, but I've been told it feels autumnal so I'm posting it and hoping some people will enjoy listening to it.

Anyone else feel completely exhausted by this world?
r/Songwriters • u/figure85 • 10d ago
Thank you Reddit community for your input, I've made those updates and finalized my album. Set for official vinyl release in 2027, and all platforms.
I play all guitars, and created the MIDI's (ie. drums, bass, synth, etc). Please let me know what you think!

This one is called "Paralyzed"

I love the chorus melody on this one but the whole song is a little taxing to sing. Thinking it would work well with a full band behind it.

awks. - an autobiographical song about life's awkward moments.
Hey!
I'm joyrobber - a solo pop-punk act from Salisbury, UK. This is my latest single 'awks.' which is a silly autobiographical song about living a life of awkward moments. Feedback is welcome. Hope you enjoy it!

Cure for Fall [2026] - grass-stainedSWEATS
tried improving the mix of this song.
how does it sound? does it capture the setting. is there enough melodic sense?
is there anything you'd add?
once again, thanks to everybody who gives a listen. please leave a comment, if you're moved to do so.

New album I recently finished that I am trying to share. I could really use legit honest feedback, don't hold punches. Alt-rock, and my inspirations are Elliott Smith and the Pixies; although I don't sound like either.
I play the guitars, and made the MIDIs (drums, bass, synth). Please have a listen and tell me your honest thoughts, however harsh or positive. I have been in my music echo chamber for a lifetime and could really use some hard truths.

Would love feedback on our new song "Masquerade"!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fewgFT3rYk
I'm very proud to say that we're gearing up for the release of our second full-length album! It's got a mix of alternative/indie and jazz elements and influences like Radiohead, Pixies, Wolf Alice, and others like that. We're in the process of releasing the singles for LP2, and I would love some feedback on them to help us tailor the sound and improve anything we can. I've included the below song, "Masquerade" hyperlinked on YouTube as it's one of my favs. This one starts straight into the full groove, focusing on crunchy guitars and raw vocals. Both the music and lyrics are meant to reflect the stage where you're between wakefulness and sleep where it's difficult to tell if you're dreaming or experiencing reality - the lyrics especially for this one are meant to highlight anxiety about being caught in the gaze of others using with dream imagery and logic. The artwork is meant to reflect that as well. Hoping you like it and looking forward to hearing back from some great musicians!

Silly lyric video. "How To Be A Billionaire..."
Second song I've recorded as part of my solo project thing. I think it's a little on the nose but kinda fun. Not my best work. Let me know what you think.

Threads around the sun
More or less finished this song today. It’s just a love song, and maybe it is naive and even cheesy, it just felt like it. Any comments are welcome, just before you say anything about the vocal part - I know I’m not a good singer and it doesn’t stop me anyway))

Threads around the sun
[verse 1]
Threads around the sun,
An entangled mess.
You were a perfect blue one,
I was without a class.
[verse 2]
It was nearly dark at the station,
How could we stand a chance?
Both full of hesitation,
Equally defenseless.
[chorus]
I don’t know you,
I can’t learn you,
That you’re here with me is next to insane
You don’t know me,
Yet somehow we,
We are here, we are here.
[verse 3]
Threads around the sun,
An entangled mess.
You were always a perfect one,
Who’d thought it was gonna last?
[chorus]
I don’t know you,
I can’t learn you,
That you’re here with me is next to insane
You don’t know me,
Yet somehow we,
We are here, we are here.
[bridge]
You and I could’ve been on our own,
You and I could’ve been all alone.
But in the end everyone needs someone to hold on to,
Someone to breathe along.
[chorus]
I don’t know you,
I can’t learn you,
That you’re here with me is next to insane
You don’t know me,
Yet somehow we,
We are here, we are here.

A song about animals throwing a party in a zoo

I'm just a hobbyist with GarageBand who likes to write fun, upbeat tunes about silly things. This song is called When the Creatures in the Zoo all Get Loose and Begin to Shimmy Shake. It's all me--just my guitar, bass, some percussion and a ton of vocal tracking. Please let me know what you think.

New song - thoughts?
For fans of Blink, Thrice, 30 Seconds..etc. We wrote this song from 3 different states. Produced it on our own and never met in person once during the process. Just lifelong friends who still enjoy writing. Would love feedback or just sharing the horns with us \m/.

Particularly, am i overusing the "runaway" section. I like it but I sing it before and after each chorus so it could be a bit much. Thanks!

Sleepy Conscience - Kieran Stowell
Hello
My name is Kieran Stowell, I am UK based singer/Songwriter whose debut record; Sleepy Conscience was released today.
Sleepy Conscience is a collection of songs primarily inspired by American folk artists.
These are songs I have been writing over the course of a decade, about trying to find a semblance of inner peace despite constantly telling yourself it's not possible.
If any aspect of this post appeals to you, please feel free to give the record a listen and let me know your thoughts.
