What’s it like to be a woman in Solomon Islands?

Hi all, 30s F NZ asking out of curiosity.
I teach at uni and got into a conversation with an international student from Honiara, she mentioned about the government scheme allowed her to study in NZ, how many young people would rather work in Australia and NZ as seasonal workers than professionals at home. It’s made me realise how little I actually know about your country. I know there are some pretty disheartening stats about women in Solomon Islands, but that’s not the whole picture, I’d love to hear from the women what life is like, what are your aspirations? How do you navigate life as a woman on the islands? What’s your one piece of advice for anything?
