Looking for some recomendations on pawpaw varieties that will grow well in Southern california zone 10a? Im also curious if seeds grow like there parents or if clones are best for thos enviroment?

Late to the party and all my local nurseries, San Diego Seed, etc sold out. But I saw some at Home Depot. Am guessing there is a reason they still have stock. Any opinions on their quality?
