I am a journalism student in NYC and used Street Violation data to make this map of where the sidewalk is essentially the shittiest to skate on. https://datawrapper.dwcdn.net/SPkMd/5/ . I was wondering if that is even really a thing in New York:

1. Do people actually skate on the sidewalk as either a form of transportation or just for fun, or do crowds make that difficult to do?
2. Are you excited for the new skateparks planned by Tony Hawk's Skatepark Project or is there any other location or something that you would prefer?
3. Are skateparks the main location people in NYC skate at?

(note: the circles on the map are where their currently are skateparks and later I want to add where the Skatepark Project plans to build their new parks).

Hey, just curious about y’all’s personal experiences with planar fasciitis. Does this shit just last forever? I’m going on like 3+ months dealing with this discomfort, I don’t even skate that often. It feels better when massaged well but always goes back to painful eventually even when I haven’t skated recently.
