My kid's are out in the world doing great. I doubt you'd want to compare credentials.

Bud, you think putting a fake ghost on a screen to scare a kid is a betrayal of trust. That alone marks you as uselessly weak parent. When are they going to find out Santa isn't real? Tooth fairy? God? Those aren't betrayals, or are they?

There's a difference between telling a child a comforting myth isn't true and intentionally frightening them for sick kicks.

Is it a betrayal of trust though? Im curious if you'll try and do a little rhetorical tap dance for me around that point?

Yeah there is a difference between the two. Is that difference a betrayal of trust being present in one and not the other?

Honestly scaring the crap out these kids and immediately emotionally anchoring that fear onto the device itself with the fake ghost is probably HELPING these kids to be suspicious of devices for the rest of their lives. Do this more and more and maybe the kid wont even want to be in a room with a phone. Can you imagine?

Just tap out, you have a lot to learn obviously. With each reply you are just further confirming your beliefs are fucked

Just tap out is like the millennial reddit-male life mantra. Honestly your generation is worse than boomers.

Would you care to attempt to do a rhetorical dance around the 'betrayal of trust' contradiction?

Well I got the 'your generation is worse than boomers' part right at least.

Pretty simple question about the state of a 'betrayal of trust'. You can't answer because its damning to your perspective.
