Maybe I can get some help here

I work as a receptionist at a law office that also deals with rent that has to be paid to landowners.
So every day when something happens it occurs multiple times on the same day and it’s very specific situations.

Today a brother came to the office to support his brother who’s not mentally well. Then another pair of brothers came for the same reason. Or people who live in completely different neighbourhoods come in to complain about the same specific situation.

I’m starting to feel like I’m in a simulation because this has become a daily occurrence.

Is it Terminator? Is it Matrix? Is it Mad Max, I-Robot or Altered Carbon? I’d love to know everyone’s thoughts and why? Personally I’m convinced that we are already living in the matrix timeline. I feel like the internet is the matrix in a way and we are all plugged in but one day cyberspace will become our literal reality.
