This deserves more upvotes, this is really neat. If developed further, this could alter the way molecular interactions are simulated and studied.

I'm not going to be doing much any time soon, but I'm working on an a project that could directly benefit from this, and any progress I make, if I go anywhere with it, will definitely be PRed back at you. Maybe around February is when I'll be able to pick work back up on that particular project.
