Troubleshooting airgoo ag-drgb16 doesnt work

I dont know what relevant information im supposed to give besides: it shows up in the software and it only ever displays black when i run signalrgb. If i dont run signalrgb it displays rainbow

Edit: new info: I have everything connected to a1, ive tested other ports as well. it worked just fine coming from the motherboard. I know it has enough power cus airgoo shows rainbow untill i run signalrgb then its black no matter what i do

That's strange, if you remove all components, do the stuff on it starts blinking? Also check the device console for any errors

I have this exact one and it works great. I love it. You have to add components individually in signalrgb thru the airgoo controller.

The Airgoo 16 is the controller. Fan lights, lightbars any type of light connected to the controller are the components.

If you have the controller (Airgoo) connected to the mobo (USB 2.0) with the USB and power connected to PSU with sata, when you open up Signalrgb, you should see the Airgoo Controller in devices. From there you can individually add each rgb you have connected to each controller channel (A1 - A8, B1 - B8)

If you are still confused by all this, you might need to look up a video on YouTube.

Go to devices in signalrgb. If your airgoo controller shows up, click on that. It will show all the channels. Click on whatever channel you have added a light and click the + symbol to add a component. Then use the pulldowns to add your specific component from the list.
