Troubleshooting Shut down, hang with signal RGB
Not sure if anyone else has experienced this before but it seems like when I use my computer for a really long time like maybe a couple hours and try to shut down signal rgb.EXE is vetoing my shut down , at first, I thought I was going insane and it must be something else, but I opened up event viewer and got event 10001 with text “The following application attempted to veto the shutdown: SignalRgb.exe” and it looks like on multiple occasions it has done this

That event shows up because SignalRGB asks Windows to wait a few seconds on shutdown so it can turn off the RGB and hand fan control back to your motherboard. Normally it lets go right away, but after really long sessions the app can get bogged down and hold things up longer than it should.
For now, the try to right-click the SignalRGB tray icon > Quit before shutting down. Restarting SignalRGB every so often during long sessions also helps. If you have any network lights like WLED or Twinkly, make sure they're on and reachable, since those can stall the close too.
If it happens again, feel free to send us a bug report through the bug icon found on the upper right corner of the app so we can look into your logs and dig further.
