Troubleshooting Help regarding low fps on Razer Chroma Argb Controller.
Hi,
I m getting very low fps on Razer chroma argb controller (8 fps) even i connect this to front usb or back usb port it barely increases around 1-2 fps more just.
my case is phanteks nv7 and and total 9 fans are connected with direct razer argb hub.
if anyone has similar problem and found solution please let me know.

Connect it to the fastest USB port in your MOBO. Had the same issue and that fixed the fps problem for me

How much fps you are getting did you connect the razer chroma hub to back of motherboard port 2.0 or 3.0 usb.
as i ve also tried the back port of my motherboard it only 2-3 fps more so 10-12 fps i got at the end.

This is an issue with some RGB controllers. Definitely worth putting it on your fastest USB port like others suggested. Changing some of the options in the Settings might help too, such as reducing refresh or frame rates if that's an option.
Unfortunately, some RGB controllers don't handle real-time effects well and are only designed for more basic onboard or flash-based effects.

How can I see which is the fastest? Gon out in new argb controller today and don’t know which one in my z790 tomahawk the fastest

You'd have to set one up, then go into the Inspector tab and note the performance and FPS stats. Then setup the other controller and do the same to compare.

Yeah the asiahorse umbra isn’t even getting recognized sadly :/ after 2 hours of making everything looking perfect I most likely gotta change a lot from the cables

I am also using the Chroma rgb controller, and I am getting excellent fps, so I would maybe consider that before purchasing another one as you may end up having the same issue assuming it isn't your current controller having the issue. I'm at 50fps just testing, but I can adjust to any of the given ones just fine.

Synapze 4 is a POS. Removing the capability to store profiles onboard I'll never understand.

Take your phone data cable and route the cable to the back io usb 2.0 port (known amd motherboard issue)
