I’m not saying he’s transfem!!! I’m SAYING that if he DISLIKES feeling like an unc, and if he WISHES he looks more like a cute little gremlin, there is a word to describe that feeling. And there are things he can do to address that feeling, if he so chooses. Not necessarily being a trans woman; there are more options than just that.

And also, if he’s FINE with feeling like an unc, then that’s perfectly fine and valid too! The important thing is that he actually feels happy about his current situation, and isn’t just begrudgingly accepting what he’s already got

But speculating on someone's gender essentially to their face, even if you had any sort of concrete "evidence" (which you don't) is just not a good thing to do. With how many people have made comments about it, I sincerely doubt that Shen is unaware of the concept of being trans, so commenting about it even more is much more likely to make him uncomfortable (along with make him feel pressured to come out in the event that he actually is trans or has any manner of gender dysphoria) than to do any good. This is the type of thing that should really only be said if the person in question asks for your opinion about it.

nope. Buuuuut him seemingly expressing disappointment about not being a cute little gremlin, and feeling like an unc…? To be honest, that sentiment kiiiiiiinda sounds like dysphoria to me!
