Hi all, this is a rare opportunity to buy a very hard to get razor… the Ascender Skyline R1 in titanium.

I am really sad to have to let this one go, and might regret it one day. Just some context for how good this razor is… I have probably tried over 50+ razors since I started wet shaving 7-8 years ago, including beginner razors from the likes of Merkur and EJ to top razors from top artisans like Blackland, Lambda, Karve, Nord, etc… And this is, without a doubt, the smoothest DE razor I have ever tried.

Every sharp edge has been rounded, the titanium feels “soft” on the skin, and it is deceptively efficient with just enough blade feel to know your angle is correct. Efficiency is probably just a hair or two behind the Blackbird, but with significantly less blade feel.

Unfortunately, it is more efficiency than I need as a daily shaver, and don’t see myself reaching for it often.

The Christopher Bradley is a great razor, but a little redundant for me as I slightly prefer my Brass Overlander. (And my Legacy, Rocca, and Blackbird are also ahead of it in line)

The Senator is stunning with some light plating loss across the edges of the doors near the guards. The cased Ranger Techs are impeccable. The 1946 Ranger Tech comes with a sealed "Speed-Pak" dispenser and a rare cardboard case that is almost completely intact!
