And they all torture me there

I see sometimes see a powerful lower entity in the form of energy which cannot be described in physical world

BHEHOSHI, EXTREME PAIN IN HEAD, NEGATIVE BEINGS TORTURING MORE, FEELS LIKE WHOLE PRANIC ENERGY IS DISTORTED, BURNING SENSATION IN BODY, THREATS FROM LOWER BEINGS

I stopped my pooja lying and shivering in my bed

AND MY father is in some kind of service so many big businessman and powerful people are constantly in contact with him

I don't know but I think Awakening of a entity this powerful requires a huge amount of money or power

(entity has even ruined or killed many siddh mahapurush, aghori, siddh sadhus. It's a powerful demonic entity)

It started when we moved to a new house

Then effects of the kriya started

SO I FIANACALY, PHYSICALLY, METANLY, ASTRAL BODY, CARRIER WISE I AM COMPLETELY RUINED

Hey , I really need some genuine suggestions here.

During Navratri, if we get our periods, what do you guys usually do? Traditionally, we are told to step back from physical puja and stick to mental japa, but I really want to continue with the physical puja of Devi Maa.

I wanted to ask:

Do you continue doing physical puja during this time, or how do you manage it?

Is there actually any negative or "ill effect" if someone chooses to perform physical puja during their periods?

Would love to hear your honest thoughts and what works for you. Thank you!

I am a devotee of Maa Lalita, and I really want to meditate on and listen to the Lalita Sahasranama regularly. However, the problem is that it is around 30 minutes long, and I find it difficult to listen to it continuously for that long. Sometimes my head starts hurting, or I end up falling asleep.

I genuinely want to do this as a part of my spiritual practice, so I wanted to ask fellow devotees if there is any solution to this.

Would it be okay if I listened to just the first 5-10 minutes on the first day and gradually increased the duration over time? Or is there another way to listen to it without falling asleep or getting a headache?

I would really appreciate any advice or guidance from fellow devotees.

i have been listening to alot of music that inspires me like stotrams and such but i feel like im missing something...

Currently I only have an image of maa Lalita but later down the road would like to order a murti and/or her yantra.

I'm looking at her murtis and a question popped into my head,"does she usually have a parrot accompanying her?"

I see other forms of Devi with a parrot but not always maa Lalita,would it be ok to purchase a murti of her with a parrot? And what does the bird mean exactly? I can't find much info on it.

(And finally the image that I have of maa Lalita is a bit blurry and the edge of the grass is glitched from where it got printed out ,would it still be appropriate for me to do puja with such an image? The body of maa is fine and not messed up in any way besides being blurry)

Traditionally we follow very strict guidelines for Navratri as per our Kul parampara. We fast for nine days and then do Kul Devi poojan on Navami tithi. We have to take bath and prepare food early morning on Navami and then do the pooja. Everything is done in only silk cloths, following proper Shauch guidelines, not touching here and there.

My parents, my wife and I have two daughters in total we are 6 people. From last two years my wife is getting her periods in Navaratri days. In such cases she avoid anything related to pooja till the Ninth day.

Now my elder daughter on one hand says this is all superstition and she does not believe in it. She says that devi herself if Female and she should not have any problem with mensurating female. However on other hand my traditional parents have to follow things very strictly specially in Navratri. Even this year it is same. What should we do? Either we can hide this from my parents and she can do whatever she does for pooja. Or should we follow what our family has been following. Since it is Shakti upasana, we also don't want to do things that can be dangerous.

I am a regular listener of Sri Rudram. I started this habit from mid this year and it has given an impact in my thinking. At first I didn't know the verses properly, but as I gradually embraced the chantings, I realised, that the Namakam is the praise of the first ever warrior in this universe, The Rudra himself, and the Chamakam part is the worship for getting blessings from him. When I placed the Chant in my life, I realised, I am no longer in need of anything, as I am becoming the one.
