So this is a new user here. I was very active in some political chats and probably had the same facts in multiple debates so they detected me as a spam and banned me for 3 days. Today my 3 days got over but I'm unable to send someone a message.

It's really very important for me to contact the person since we have almost decided to go for an event in our city this weekend but we don't have any other contact with each other.

Please help this poor fellow guys. I made an appeal but no response till now 🥲

A few days probably a week ago, my account got shadowbanned as I think, my comments went 0 views and all my post showed no insights . I tried appealing for a shadowban. And now it shows no post on my app like my profile sections shows I am banned and my web shows all my posts are removed ny reddit automated system. What should I do?

Been banned since February and still have no idea why. Checking back to see if there's been any change after appeals (2-3 a week at most). Frustrating that there's never been a single response.

I wrote about 10 appeals in a month, but I didn't even get a response. At the time of the ban, I had no topics or comments, and I received the ban without any notifications or emails. What can you advise?

For the last month, my account has been restricted. I cannot send direct messages, leave comments, or participate in any subreddits. My profile on the mobile app shows my Account Age as a dash (-) and my active communities as 0. I have already submitted a manual appeal to Reddit support

My 15 years young account was shadowbanned for a few hours. It got caught by a spam filter.

I don't know what ultimately got the admin's attention but I want to thank the mods that run this subreddit and provide support to us.

If this helps others: I followed the instructions on the pinned post to file an appeal and then also clicked on the link to message the mods. I got a bot reply to the latter, but a few hours later another message to say the ban was lifted 🙌

I was preparing for this to be a long ordeal so had been editing my appeal message in 24 hours time to have the words 'review' and 'error' and 'mistake' in it. Maybe that would help your messages get picked up?

It was super stressful. I feel for you all that have been waiting in limbo for a long while.

Hey guys so pretty much I got banned with no notification and tbh have no clue how and why I got banned. I was trying to comment and reply to people but my messages just weren’t sending. I did some research and found it this is what happens when you’re banned. A person I was chatting to in the DMs asked me if I deleted my account but I can’t reply back saying that I think I got banned. What should I do?
