for my investigation project I was assinged to do physicochemical tests on a yogurt to check if the sample achieves the requirements of the laws of my country.
however (in my opinion) we don't have enough time to do them. We are a group of four people, and we have 12 hours aprox to do seven differents tests on the sample.
I'm worried with the time management, so I wanna ask what would be the best way to distribute the work and if anyone who has any experience with this could give me any advice.
the tests are: Total Solids Determination, Moisture Content Determination, Total Ash Determination, Titratable Acidity Determination (as Lactic Acid), pH Measurement, Sodium Chloride Determination by the Mohr Method, Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) and Kjeldahl Method for Nitrogen Determination.
I'm particularly worried with the kjeldahl method, since it has a lot of steps. should we leave it until last?
thanks for reading, any advice (and honestly, words of encouragement since I'm really worried) is welcomed
