Doing a quick mock up blossom supports, get finished, printed legion scale and micro galaxy squad group

First Star Wars legion mini this took me a while and I’m worried applying a wash will make him look worse. Should I only add it on his white vest?

I miraculously found the Army Box in stock and grabbed, but it seems those 2 boxes are exceptionally rare. I know the army box is getting a reprint, but is there any info out there when the leaders boxes will be available again. They seem relatively easy to get in Europe, but due to the duties that's about as good as getting scalped on eBay.

Yo. I'm very new. I'm wanting to get the customizeable jedi duo box to make my characters from the old republic. One of my characters is Zabrak. Anybody know where I could get a Zabrak head?

What are some good ways to build cad bane? What upgrades do u recommend? Im thinking smoke grenades electro gauntlets and up close and personal what else would be a must add for him?

Went full Vallejo this time.
I did another bunch of B1 last time, trying different paints and techniques but in the end they were too much different, so this time they share the same scheme.
For anyone interested, step by step below.

I did a black base coat (use a black primer from Action) for everything first.

B1 :
1) Two thin coats of Bone White (72.034). Does not need be perfect.
2) 1 coat of Mummy White (72.449)
3) Goblin Green (72.030) for camo.
4) Black Wash (73.201) everywhere.
5) Black Primer (74.602) for weapons and binoculars. I used a primer because I don't have the normal black.
6) Dry brush the weapons and binoculars with Chainmail (72.053) very slighly.

7.1) (Optionnal) If the droid is a commander, Moon Yellow (72.005) for the marking
7.2) (Optionnal) If the droid has a rocket launcher, dry brush with Bright Bronze (72.057) the tip of the weapon then dry brush with Tinny Tin (72.060) not the whole tip this time but before the tip (to have a gradient).
7.3) (Optionnal) If the droid has a E-5C (see last picture), dry brush the tip of the weapon with Bright Bronze (72.057) then continue with a dry brush of Amethyst Purple (77.128) and finish with a dry brush of Ruby Red (77.126) by doing a gradient.

Droidekas :
1) Tinny Tin (72.060) and Chainmail (72.053) for the base.
2) Bright Bronze (72.057) for the tubes below the arms.
3) Fluorescent Red (72.157) then a little of Ruby Red (77.126) for the eyes.
4) For the tubes, I added a little bit of Aged Metal (77.159) as a wash.
5) I added Rust (72.609) here and here on the whole mini.

Barricade :
1) Two thin coat of Bone White (72.034).
2) Goblin Green (72.030) and Earth (72.062) for camo.
3) Black Wash (73.201) everywhere.

Base :
1) European Mud (26.807) everywhere.
2) Small rocks. Don't remember where I bought them, Action I think.

Hey guys.

Me and my friends have recently gotten into SW Legion.
We've played 2 games each against each other.

I chose the Empire as my faction.

While we're still not completely firm in rules we enjoyed our matches so far.

However both of them (1 playing GAR and the other playing CIS) seem to have their basic mechanics going, resulting in a somewhat effective gameplay for both them.

I however struggle with figuring out, what exactly is the Empires Mechanic and how to make proper use of it.

I have an event coming up and I am still feeling pretty new to the hobby. Its going to be Recon sized armies and I was wanting to see if there was anything I could do to slightly improve upon this list?

I wanted to use my Imperial Special Forces/Inferno squad and maybe integrate the AT-ST/Veers. One of things I was worried about in particular was my battle card selection since while it does activate my Walker with pinned down or Evasive Maneuvers I only have one vehicle which seemed a little wasteful.

just looking at the mandalorians and the discussion on how Bo-katan is a must have blah blah blah, but if I wanted to run a clan Saxon list or even full Merc (pick two) list how would you fit her in without hindering the bonus of the specific affiliation? As also if you add her do you not then gain the ability to just include whoever you want from the roster?

I need some help building an army for my clones and was wondering what cards and minis I should use? I don’t have the money to buy any more boxes.

I have the 501st battleforce, wookies, and phase one clone trooper upgrade box.

A squad of clone troopers and strike team of arc troopers who think themselves very sneaky...

All in camo patterns based loosely off of lore or irl camos trying to blend into my desk window. Little buggers just about made me swear off painting camo for all eternity.

Disclaimer I don't use these for legion play I use them for the starwars saga rpg so they are probably not playable.

Got into warhammer with my 9 year old as a cheaper alternative to lego sets about a year ago. I know that sounds crazy but he'll spend 10 hours on a single model instead of sitting down and knocking out a $100 lego set in one sitting. He mostly likes the building and painting but we do play occasionally. Finally got him hooked on star wars but dont really know anything about this game.

Handlebars appear to attach slightly differently than the old one, so seems to be an entirely re-sculpted mini. I wonder if it is the same vehicle frames as the Jedi ones. I believe the BARC itself is one set of frames with the Jedi pilots separate.

Some tidbits:

• Confirmed max of 2 in the standard force org.
• They can move as far as they want and can even disengage from the battlefield.
• They cannot "hold" objectives (presumed to mean they don't contest).
• The prongs on the base spin freely independent of the facing to assist in placement.
• They made sure to add rules and abilities to interact with them mechanically.
• Releasing Feb 2027.

Hi all! I wanted to show off my overgrown AT-ST on the moon of Endor. Enjoy!

I messed up the paint on my cis models (hard plastic) and want to strip the paint. I was told that a soak in Simple Green cleaner and a scrub with a toothbrush would do the trick but it didn't really work for me.

What else do y'all suggest?

Edit: Note; I had a sprue from one of the models that I had tested the primer (citadel black) and paint (various Vallejo colors) still sitting around, I tested the simple green on this sprue.

How can you clarify which upgrade cards have weapons and wounds? For example; when you add an additional stormtrooper, we know that it has same stats with the main unit, even the card does not have any indicators.

In other example; when you add a stormtrooper captain or imperial officer, does it have wound and weapon as other stormtroopers? How do we differentiate this?

Pretty new to painting, done a few clones and a saber tank. Really wanted my troopers to not be all white and black, so I went with the 212th since I have Commander Cody.

How'd I do?

I did learn a few things from this, namely to thin my paints more, especially on the edge highlighting and the chips, the white is too thick. In addition I just learned how long it takes to paint a clone like this :/

What I thought is recon is small map and GAR is not long range faction so use Scout keyword and march into POI right away. Then Rex's 2pip or 1pip makes punch, and Shaak ti makes defense against enemy lightsabers. Will this work good?
