Discussion San Francisco Neighborhood Spotlight: SoMa

One neighborhood at a time. Where do you eat in SoMa, and what do you order there? Cheap and expensive both welcome. If a place has slipped, say that too.

Food in San Francisco

r/SFFood

San Francisco food. Restaurants, dishes, pop ups, bakeries, bars, and everything worth eating in the Bay. What to try, what’s new, and what locals are actually ordering.

Restaurants, bakeries, bars, taquerias, and pop-ups in San Francisco and the Bay. Also food trucks, farmers markets, grocery finds, and cooking classes.

Asking where to eat? Give the neighborhood, the occasion, and roughly what you want to spend. You'll get real answers instead of a list of the same four places.

Recommending somewhere? Name the place, the dish, and what it cost.

Every post needs a flair.
