Generally speaking R36S resellers are all scammers and sketchy, or close enough. If you want an R36S you should buy one from the Boyhom store on Aliexpress.

there is no anbernic r36.  Don't get any r36.

RG 35 actually (G350 is the old batlexp name). Also the RG 35 is kind of perfect for what it is, and what I would suggest for anyone who just wants a cheap up to PSX device.

I've never heard of the brand at all lol, I don't think you have to do much. You got pulled in by a weird advertisement probably, but they definitely aren't a big name in the industry at all.

Edit - just looked it up and holy fuck that's overpriced like crazy. I hope you got yours for under $25
